The campus grounds are private and peaceful. The staff were friendly. They were dog-friendly and gave us a quieter room. The pool was the highlight of the property, since we had children.

It was well-maintained, but a bit dated and in need of some improvement. For example, the hvac system was old. It cannot be adjusted. It was set to 80 degrees and cycled on and off. It pushed out hot air on high, and made the air very dry. I woke up with a cough. It was very, very loud, and kept us awake. It would muffle the tv volume. It would have been great to have a restaurant for adults and family, not just a sports bar. Some of the carpeting, going down to the breakfast area was dingy. Construction and renovation materials were left unattended.

We didn't get a chance to take advantage of any of the amenities due to a busy schedule. They did look great, though.

We stayed on the 3rd floor in the wing towards the pool. I have to admit, it had a strong smell of marijuana smoke that hit us upon exiting the elevator. The second night, I smelled the same. I certainly could have, and I'm hoping, something else besides marijuana, but the odor was strong and unpleasant. I did not smell the same odor on the first floor or the basement level (didn't go on second floor) as I was curious if it was something common to other areas.

Convenient location, excellent workout facility, and they served breakfast on site (extra charge), however very convenient on those extremely cold mornings.

We have stayed here several times. The only complaint that we have was in the first floor unit, the outside wall has poor insulation. That side of the room was always cold. We didn't notice it when we were on the second floor, five days earlier.

Sophia and her front desk partner provided wheelchair assistance and a supportive,respectful,and very smooth check in. Monica, the housekeeper, made sure that we had what we needed and that we were comfortable.

A Breakfasr Bistro from 7-10 am in the Tavern would be much better than a buffet. I don’t go to buffets anymore. The Tavern had both excellent food and service. Mitch and Cole made sure we were well taken care of.

wonderful heated outdoor pool; a short drive to be in the country with beautiful scenery.Elizabeth, at the front desk, was extremely helpful with all our enquiries.

Better attention to cleaning glass windows and doors leading to the outdoor pool area-were quite dirty. Maybe staff could get off there phones and clean. Staff could be friendlier-even just a good morning.

Heritage Hotel became our home for almost two weeks after arriving in the US prior to a long-term apartment. The location is very convenient, and the amenities like pools and GYM are a great bonus of staying there. The staff is so friendly and ready to help. Great area to walk around

The breakfasts are a bit expensive in my opinion. Also, we had our A/C buzzing even if it was off and the block outside was really loud, especially if we had our windows opened at night.

Fantastic offerings for the price point: pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, full gym, polite staff, large lounges, extensive grounds. Really a wonderful place to stay.

Seems like there is a lot of deferred maintenance and upkeep on the part of the owners. Lots of things just really not in the best shape: threadbare towels, ripped chair in room, broken pool equipment.

The pool was open! Gym is big and there’s ping pong too. Fun restaurant on site. Spacious room.

The check-in woman was curt and gave no info like pool hours, location of ping pong, etc. You pay a resort fee, so this should be clear. The breakfast appeared to be complimentary and then they brought out a $20 pp bill. The bathroom was small and the toilet seat did not fit correctly and kept sliding to the side.

Breakfast was good. Grounds attractive but not easy to access.

Despite having a confirmed reservation I was kept waiting at the desk for 40 minutes! Because staff said they couldn't find in their system or figure out how to contact Booking.com. It ruined my evening. I was told later by another staff member that I was listed under my middle name. I was given complimentary breakfast and a drink but it was very disappointing.

We go here every year and love coming back. We also convinced friends to book a room and they generally liked the place too.

The fire places around the property except in the Tavern were not lit. We had told our friends that it’s a cozy place with fire places and they were disappointed.
