Room and facility are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Bartender makes an excellent cocktail, and breakfast was very good. We like that they allow dogs, and there is plenty of green space for potty. Hotel is right off the highway with a gas station right next door.

My dog somehow found a partially eaten Hostess donut in the room, probably hidden under bed or behind curtains. The nose knows! I was keeping a close eye on her and got it away before she ate any, so no harm done. Room was very clean other than that.

I loved everything. Right from the reception I received a warm welcome. I specifically came for my time alone. The room welcomed me with a clean and fresh air. The room was clean . The bedding very clean and bed comfortable. The heating was good. I really cannot put a finger on anything that I didn't like. Room 108 was a wonderful place to be and I will always stay there whenever I want to spend time alone. I would gladly recommend Wyndham to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Honestly, nothing.

The bed was comfortable, for which I was very grateful because I arrived with a migraine and fell ill.The manager allowed us to check out early and get a refund because I couldn't visit the people I had planned to see. I am very thankful to Michael who called his manager to arrange for early departure.

Amenities were sparse and not replaced. Coffee was terrible. No tissues.

We have stayed here several times and have always found the room, staff and restaurant to be to our liking. No complaints. We also liked and appreciated that the deposit was quickly refunded.

Perhaps more clothing/suitcase trolleys could be available for transporting the items to the room and returning everything to the car on the day of departure.

The fact that the employees went out of their way to accommodate me when booking.com made a mistake that they would not correct or even try to resolve. Booking.com is the worst company I have been in contact with throughout life and I am only wanting to get better so I can go public with the disaster I encountered that night when I was so sick as a disabled customer who needed to rest and take medication.

The customer service reaction to the mistake made by Booking.com when the Hotel couldn't find my confirmed and prepaid reservation on the 21st of November 2023. The arrogance of the employees, the unpleasant tone of voice, chosen words and their unwillingness to serve a client after the company made a terrible mistake was impeccable. I am too sick to go to this today. I'd rather stop here.

Clean and comfortable Matt at front desk polite and attentive to our needs, went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable after I had walked along ways with many of my belongings and found a smoked filled room. He quickly rearrange for us to be in another room, and actually gave us a room closer to the elevator.

Furniture was dated as walls some needed painting, especially in general areas, but was clean. We had an fire drill in the middle of the night so we’re out of our room for about an hour before they detected the problem.

Amy the manager was great. Our first room was too far away from the elevator. The hotel needs 3 not just 1. She was able to move us to a better room right near the elevator. Lissette the bartender was friendly and efficient really had a great time

I loved it we booked this stay for a night just because we wanted to get away from home I enjoyed my stay my fiance enjoyed it the pool was very clean inside outside all around not too many people in the pool at once the lounge was beautiful my son is 3 everyone knows its tough keeping a good handle on a toddler but absolutely everyone was nice other people staying and employees usually I have issues staying in a hotel because of the complaints against my son but not hear everyone was so nice. Its a must visit definitely coming back

Only think I didn't like was we were up all night killing spiders not small ones not medium ones but large ones we had so many in our room but it was so peaceful and so nice there we didn't bother to switch rooms 😊 but too many spiders next time please spray something in the rooms to avoid spiders or any insects or bugs other then that no complaints

I thought the service and value was great, I think it would near perfect if the carpets and drapes were removed to allow for less allergens and dust to settle. A few updates are needed in bathroom and linens, otherwise clean and comfortable.
