The decor was exceptional for a hotel thatwas reasonably priced. The best part was the service I received from a staff member, Tay, who was not only professional, effective, and efficient but personable and friendly. She could be a staff trainer. No one else came near to her level.

I’m a fan of free breakfasts and parking (I have a handicapped sticker and was charged for parking in a reserved space on the hotel property…not right. Also, paying Starbucks $13 for coffee and a scone is outrageous.

Staff was super nice. Bistro with coffee downstairs was great. Room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and the beds were clean and comfortable. The television selection was the best we've ever seen in a hotel. We watched a movie together each night and that was one of our favorite parts! The price was the best in the area and it was definitely nicer than some of the alternatives.

The bathroom smelled like vomiit. The coffee maker didn't work. The conditioner bottle was empty but had been partially refilled with water. We reserved the room for 4 people but only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths.

The location is walking distance from the train station, which was a plus. The hotel is so nice and quiet, clean, and I loved the shower and the nice sized TV.I was worried about what to eat, yet the Bistro food was good and affordable. The staff was pleasant , competent, and helpful, and there was no deposit held on my card, like where I was staying before. Since it was so close to the train and the rink, I saved a lot of money traveling where I needed to go. Good experience, and I think I might have bene there once, a long time ago. I'm coming back, asap...

The only thing that would have placed the icing on the cake would have been an onsite washer and dryer.

Staff is friendly, room was clean, comfortable bed and good quality bedding, Starbucks and good bar/restaurant on premises, available room service.

$15 parking fee added to bill after being told at check-in that the hotel validates parking, and the gate was broken anyway so anyone can come and go without paying- except for hotel guests who pay regardless. I’m not mad about paying for parking, but it just seems like they should have told me that instead of “We validate parking, show this ticket to them on your way out and you’re all set” Also, no microwave in the room, the refrigerator is on a weird timer, and the TV was on the side of the bed, which makes watching it a bit awkward for a couple.

The room was excellent - super clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable, and we slept great. The hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful. We had originally booked a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived late, we were told those rooms were no longer available. Instead, they offered us a room with a king bed and a sofa, plus a free parking pass to make up for the change. We didn’t realize parking wasn’t free, so the waiver was a nice bonus.

Just be aware that parking is not free.

Very clean and organized. Spacious and well kept. April and Tay were phenomenal. If every business had associates like April and Tay, the world would be a better place. I was having a difficult time figuring out how to settle the payment and April magically made it all work and I felt very relieved. Excellent customer service. Congratulations!!!!!

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this stay.

The room was excellent: clean, large, comfortable & quiet. The location was exceptional, easy access from I-84 and a short walk from the Palace, where we had concert tickets. Parking was very convenient and very reasonable compared to other city hotels.

Breakfast was limited for me due to lack of gluten free options. Wifi was not accessible. The staff on check in was cordial but not friendly. The staff on check out was helpful, warm, & cordial.

Locaton was good for an overnight stay just off the highway. Room was comfortable.

Parking was a little far away from the entrance. But we were able to keep out of the rain with the port coacher. (sp) Lots of people talking in the hallway at night after Saturday night parties. Some street noise as well with hot rodders at 2 am.

Courtyard Waterbury is go to whenever we visit family there. This particular trip had to be cancelled at the last minute. The staff was very helpful in completing that with me and I was EXTREMELY pleased with the final outcome. That being said Courtyard will continue to be our go to each time we visit.

The didn’t offer breakfast. I like that the clean my room every day.

The could at least include the price of parking, not to charge separately. That’s disappointing but had to pay anyway. Overall it’s the best hotel in Waterbury.
