Didn’t know pool was close. But it’s being renovated so actually nothing its covenant for my job and for me to visit my five year old son that lives in the and attending the boys girl club that the mayor open up do im very satisfied. Just wanted to swim but the customer service was so friendly that it made everything all right so I was very comfortable with my stay and I’ll be back

Same as already explained just didn’t know pool was close but that didn’t make my stay no less enjoyable the friendly atmosphere is what over weighted any feelings.

We were welcomed by two incredible women at the ribt desk and I wish I got their names but they were everything you want. Kind warm attentive and funny. It was a great quick stay but will definitely stay there again. Room was nice and clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and polite too. The breakfast was nice as well. I was shocked to have eggs and sausage. Usually a complimentary breakfast is all carbs. I was pleasantly surprised. And I enjoyed the black coffee as well.

It is a renovated with upscaled room design. Very clean. Breakfast is really good. Numerous number if different spreads available for pancake, toast and bagel. Must try their pancakes. You can find free drinking water in the gym. Pool is clean and open until 10pm. Close to Hartfort and Dinazor state park.

Pillows are not comfortable. They were too shallow. Towels were not enough. We were 3+1 people but we had only 2 bath towels.

Breakfast was Convenient. Food was standard fare with eggs, muffins, cereal, toast. Yogurt, granola bars, fruit and such. Although I prefer waffles they had a pancake machine that unfortunately wasn't working though a kitchen staff member worked diligently to try and fix! A news paper (USA Today) was available in the lobby. I drink a lot of coffee and the front desk gave me extra K cups for my room's coffee maker and there was a fridge in the room too! Over all I will stay here again or at other Holiday Inn Express the next time I travel.

Pillows were too soft. I prefer ones with more body (firmer), otherwise no complaints!

Front desk 3-11 shift want to say her name was Ranashi. She was a breath of fresh air. Did not realize there was still customer service like hers around. Upon checking in there was a line with just her alone she handled herself in such a professional way under pressure. I was promised adjoining rooms by central RSV there was none upon arrival. Excellent employee. On a negative note pool area needs improvement. Spray rust spots and add some plants. Remove yellow lights from inside pool add blue light and paint buttom of pool blue… awesome breakfast

Pool area needs improvement Gym only had one machine that worked There is a vacant building on site in front as you drive up. Needs better appearance items inside are visible on the outside not attractive

I liked everything about this property. Continental breakfast was awesome. The room was massive and very spacious. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone, you get the whole experience.

The only issue was the pool was being renovated so we did not get too go in, but the staff at the front desk said next time we come it will be open.

Did not care for breakfast. Pancakes a joke..small & rubbery. Oatmeal like soup. Rest was good as a buffet breakfast could be. Other than 2 items listed it was what I expected. Good choices, and variety.

Other than breakfast comments everything was very good. Hotel staff very friendly, helpful and did all they could to make things very comfortable and accomodating.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. At check in, the host saw that a different room type would be better for us and offered to make the change. I appreciated that. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast choices were standard fare - nothing too exciting. The location is on a very busy road. Road noise was not an issue though.

Everything!!! Best Meriden CT hotel. Large room with sofa. Frig and microwave added bonuses. Fabulous hot breakfast. Pool available. Yummy fresh brewed Costa coffee in the morning and all day!!! Heard hotel was updated. It shows with modern finishes in the room!!!

I loved that everyone had a smile on their face, I also loved that the staff interacted with my kids. They never once seemed annoyed that they had to work or that they had to be there! This truly was the best hotel I have ever said at. And the price was amazing!

Honestly nothing. Everything was truly wonderful!
