The staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It felt authentic - not forced. The gathering space is great. It’s a terrific place to relax, share a meal, or have a glass of wine.

The price of the food/drinks seemed high. I realize that the cost of things is going up, but it did feel a little like gouging. The room was a little small. Shower and shower supplies were great.

The carpets were clean, the gym was newly renovated and nice; it felt clean. Perfect for a couple of nights when you don't plan to spend much time in the room. Comfortable bed. We will stay again in May. We really liked it.

Outside the room, there was an extremely noisy heating duct. In the bathroom, there's a lack of storage space; a shelf beneath the sink would be ideal. The room's phone was not functioning, and despite my three requests for repair, it was not addressed. Very small room, but enough. No breakfast inlcluded.

Liked the courtyard. Room was clean. Large and comfortable. Very nice lobby.

Breakfast was really expensive and did not offer many choices. Charging for breakfast is ok but gouging guests is not ok. The lounge was mostly unoccupied because of the cost of the meals which were about 50% higher than other venues. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and got no bacon and paid $13 for it.

I often stay at this hotel and the staff at the front desk are always helpful and friendly and the staff at the restaurant are always helpful and friendly I will be coming back in sept. and stay here again because of the awesome staff I hope they stay there working thanks :)

The staff in the morning was cheery and helpful and when you are traveling alone and the people greet you with a positive and cheery attitude it makes all the difference in a way to start your day. Thank you.

I was hoping for a tub in the bathroom

They were very accommodating after a nearby Hilton Garden Inn gave away our confirmed room on Sat night. We booked last minute and arrived 20 min later. Even though there was a large group in the lounge after a wedding the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure to put us in a quiet part of the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast option was an in lobby Starbucks which is pretty pricey.

Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and modern enough. Halls were clean. Felt safe.

All the construction vehicles- do those guys stay there through the job?

Breakfast was quoted for$10.00, on the booking website. They had a Starbucks. It cost for 2 coffees,2 muffins and a breakfast sandwich totaled $36.00. Most hotels have free coffee set up in the lobby. A small coffee cost $3.80.

The parking is lot is poorly designed with no sidewalks to access main areas, and the facade and building are dated.
