Excellent location and the staff is great. Very friendly and welcoming. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and were dark. Felt kinda creepy. But the room was nicely clean, no smoke smell at all, excellent shower, comfy room. Had everything I needed. Hotel is older or feels older and worn. All in all it is safe, clean and friendly.

I absolutely adore every single one of these employees at work at the super 8 in Cromwell they are the nicest was understanding and fair hotel customer service I have ever encountered and I recommend them to everybody I know I'm staying in a one-bedroom suite A real bedroom love it can have my dog he loves all the company they have a dog park in the back good parking Walmart down the street you can't beat it give them a try they're awesome

I really don't have anything to say I like everything about it you know breakfast is great but at least they served coffee and snacks other than that no they're absolutely perfect

The bathroom was nice and so was the tv

Underneath my bed was old stuff left there was a baby bottle and other dirt. The wifi was slow and would disappear. And the vending machine card reader didn't work so I had to get coins

Plenty of free parking, good location, rooms inside were really nice

staff is not taking very good care of the lobby, so while the hotel looks nice from the inside, the front lobby was really dirty, like people aren't vacuuming every day like you have to in a New England winter, but once you are in the room, the room was lovely and updated and had all the amenities I wanted. I actually told the front desk staff they should mention this to the owner, because the outside looks great and the rooms are lovely and updated, so having a dirty lobby really gives a contradictory impression that is unfortunate.

Use this motel to attend the travelers PGA Championship and its location was fantastic cleaner and nicer than what I expected from motel-level

It was definitely overpriced for the weekend so...didn't like the price but no other cheaper option within the close area

It was beautiful it's very nice it's very affordable I think they're worth it they tell you when it'll go up on the weekends not unaffordable then either I was appreciated by it.

Very accomidating and friendly staff. Our first room didn't have hot water for some reason so when I went to ask she upgraded us to a suite. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

No breakfast when advertised free breakfast included. They did have coffee, juice and granola bars.

Could have a better breakfast. Apple juice and coffee are ok but the coffee buns weren't that great. By the time I got there was no coffee buns.

The ice machine 2nd fl not operational The unannounced "Security Deposit" to my debit card caused a NSF condition on my card & left me with -$11 bucks! "AND",,, a $15 dollar charge for a missing pillow that wasn't missing. After 3 calls & 6 days later I did receive credit but...??
