The property is clean. Our stay is comfortable. The food for breakfast is good. Most of staff are respectful and friendly. Nico have good customer service

The only thing I don’t like is my check in process. The staff charge me another amount despite I told her it was paid already. She didn’t listen to me or exert an effort to check or consult my concern with a supervisor. I didn’t felt a welcome vibe or an effort to help me out with my concerns. I just paid her again so we can go our way to attend an event. The next day , I spoke to another person at the desk but he didn’t know how to help me. He told me I have to call the third party for a refund since I got charged by them. I persist to get my money back. Finally Nico came , he was able to take his time to look. The person who checked me in made a mistake to charge me again. There is already a virtual payment from booking.com.she didn’t look at it well. I got my money back finally.

Excellent property and location. Also, everything seemed clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good with large selection and continually refilled for the entire breakfast.

Walls are a bit thin as we could hear our neighbors frequently and people in the hallways at all times of the day and night.

The staff at the reception is professional. All our requests have been resolved. Breakfast was good, except for potatoes. It was half-raw. The bedding is clean, the room is clean.

Our family was uncomfortable that the door to the bathroom was not locked (we had a curious three-year-old child).

I thought a hotel with such a trick would be neat. Rosh Tosh is really a shame and the Internet works very slowly. You better have to pay money, I haven't heard such things in the 21st

Everything was great no negatives

The room was huge, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The staff were all kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pool is nice, but it was a little cold. They ran out of towels, BUT we went at 10 pm so I can see why. It would be nice, if there was a way to turn up the heat in the pool.

The location was amazingly clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was good. Just wished turkey sausage or turkey bacon was served.

I didn't like the fact that turkey or beef was not served as a meat option for breakfast.

clean & room was nice big size and updated

Staff had literally no personality at all. No one ever said welcome or good morning or anything. Literally not social at all!! only person that ever spoke to us was morning we checked out the young man was nice and talkative and it was 5:00am. our toilet got clogged up several times and we had to call and ask for a plunger (room 425) I also called front desk 4 times before anyone ever answered. Front desk empty almost all times we walked by except o e morning two ladies there and never even looked up to say Hello or good morning. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the facility.

Everything was great. Salt water pool was a plus and rooms were updated and very clean!

Room was chilly and thermostat was not letting me increase the temperature . A little pricey for the location

It has been an outstanding stay with lots of positive impressions and experiences. The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was terrific and the rooms were great and quiet. Thank you so much for all!
