We really like the property and the staff. The staff was very accommodating and professional.

The cleaning staff was very loud (lots of yelling and talking loudly). Though they were very polite when we interacted with them. When we have 3 hours of jet lag we really needed to sleep in to 9am. Lots of things were broken in the room: 1 bad LED bulb, Closet doors were busted, The toilet run continuously, the wall paper in the room was stapled to the wall because the glue had come undone. The carpet while was dust free has a greasy feeling to it because it's old and needs to be replaced.

Location was great, front desk staff was good, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was sooo good and breakfast staff was even better.

Bar staff could use some improvement, not very nice and huff and puff whenever we ordered anything, very loudly and noticeable to all guest there. The pictures of the pool on the site are very deceiving. we were disappointed with the pool especially because that's the reason we choose this site.

Staff were efficient and friendly,food quality for the price was excellent, large room size appreciated.

The hotel although very clean, needs a refresh on furnishings,carpets, etc. That being said it should be noted that towels and bed linens were premium quality.

Nice accommodation

The carpet by refrigerator felt moist it could be that the refrigerator should be slightly lifted and not directly on the floor/carpet. The ice bucket, lid and tong were dirty.

We had an excellent stay the room was comfortable. My only complaint Is that the American Flag they had flying was tattered and should have been taken down. We had to talk to 3 people and ask 3 times before we got an answer of they are on order and they are not allowed to take it down. We are a military family and we found it very disappointing. This has happened at one other Marriot location we stayed at as well.

The Sheraton Hartford South was a great stay. The facility was clean and the room was extremely comfortable. We stayed in a double room which was perfect for a family of 3. Breakfast in the hotel was rather pricy.

Convenient to highway, restaurants, and stores, but in a quiet area. Very nice, comfortable outdoor area for enjoying the good weather.

Restaurant and bar area closed in the evening. Very disappointing.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet.

The total we were given on receipt was different than what we were charged. We left the room very clean

The room was so clean bathroom clean bed was comfortable tv had a lot to offer . Quite rooms just overall great stay I would go back to the Sheraton hotel but not the one in rocky hill because the front desk I don’t like to be judged about how I look or what I dress .

The front desk lady . I told her I have a room booked online . She looked at me with this look and said is the right hotel your in you know your in the Sheraton hotel . I said yes so I took out my phone and showed her then she believed me . Besides that it’s an amazing hotel !

The hotel itself was nice, clean. Etc. The beds were comfortable.

The beds seemed smaller then same size beds elsewhere. And the room was small and the set up weird. Literally walk in and your facing a wall. Also no microwave.
