The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent.

The door was broken and wouldn't lock from the outside (there was a bolt lock inside.).The manager instantly came to our room as soon as he was made aware.. A staff member also offered to switch our room, but it was only for one night.

It was a nice and perfect place for my turn around trip. The location was awesome. There were a lot of nice places to eat. You could also conveniently go and get any essentials you needed from Walmart or Burlington which were close by. My short stay was a 10/10 and I definitely recommend!

The room was super clean .Bigger then expected. With everything we need it. I HAVE TO SAY THE GENERAL MANAGER shares a total positive vive to the entire staff. He treated us like family. He was super nice and even gave me a Tylenol for my unexpected headache. If I'm not mistaken, his name is Chris.

The breakfast was set up very nice and was actually pretty tasty with good choices, the pool was a relaxing time when the lights are set to low(night), and the room/bathroom were comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the electric outlets in the room were very touchy where the cords I needed for my laptop weren’t exactly working as I was on a work conference Thursday night.

Very clean and reasonably priced staff was really friendly manager was very kind and pleasant. The pool area was very clean. Rooms were spacious.

The only thing I would say is you should offer salsa at the continental breakfast everything else was great

I have to say from the moment, I stepped into the hotel The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, and polite. All the hotels should have a person like him.

There isn’t anything negative I can say about this hotel everything was excellent, and the workers were very polite and especially the woman who sets up the breakfast.

Convenient for where we had to be

The Receptionist upon arrival on Friday 6/14… Her nose in her phone was more important than looking up and seeing me standing there. I waited over 7 minutes for her to finally look up and that was after I made some noise right on the counter!!!!

Very clean & nice

Our air conditioner wouldn’t stay cold it kept switching to heat in the middle of the night. Kept waking up hot to change it Employee at breakfast wasn’t nice, rude & closed the door on us while eating. Seemed like she was having a bad day.

Definitely will be staying here again. Very clean. Wish we were able to have the breakfast but we had to leave before it was ready. My daughters had a dance competition. I can tell you it smelled good!

Breakfast was very good but missing any fruit. Also would have liked waffle maker, although pancake maker was good too. Rooms were all nicely updated but our toilet seat showed wear.

Hallway carpeting need cleanig or replacement. Elevator buttons wouldn't let me go directly to 3 from 1, I had to push button for 2 first, then it would take me to 3.
