The hotel is in a good location with friendly staff, valet parking, complementary breakfast and large, clean rooms. We had a very comfortable stay.

The air conditioning is very loud. It is btw geared into the wall rather than a standalone unit. It came on and off during the night which was a bit annoying.

Lovely and clean. The staff were amazing and everyone went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable. The room was very nice with actual glassware for wine and other drinks (being given plastic or paper cups is a serious pet peeve of mine). This was literally the best free breakfast I’ve ever had. Exceptional.

Nothing? But we went went in the winter and so did not have the chance to experience all that they had to offer.

SPA!!! It’s so convenient and wonderful to have the spot located at the hotel. I’ve been working lots of long hours and I came in for a family event. The hotel was extremely luxurious comfortable, and the spa was a cherry on the top.

Soon that you go into the building, you can smell the cleanliness...The receptionist was really, pleasant and nice to us...the flower shop had a sweet aroma...The bed was so fluffy and soft...Beautiful seats and pictures plus the decorations were interesting, especially the sundial near the perfect cage chairs...

Breakfast was just OK. Selfserve cafeteria style is not up to my expectations. Selections were fair, could have a greater choice. Staff very friendly. Decor was very nice. Room was lovely, bed comfortable.

The room was beautiful. Everyone was very polite and we enjoyed the bit of glitz and glamour of the place for the night we stayed. The neighborhood near the hotel had many options to spend your money in many different ways. The area is quiet and comfortable - you can also walk to some very nice shops and restaurants.

I would just state that if you're a relatively "normal" person with limited interest in spending tens of thousands of dollars in the area you might want to try something else. West Hartford is extremely fancy and my spouse and I are not. I take full responsibility for not doing better research for our weekend getaway and booking the hotel. Again, nothing against the hotel - it was great and so were the folks that were checking us in and out.

Overall a great Hotel. Good location with Whole Foods and other Blue Back restaurants nearby. Great Front Desk and Valet services. Included Buffet Breakfast was very good. On-site Artisan restaurant had a nice vibe and decent menu.

Main complaint was the very noisy air conditioner. Minor, very minor complaints were #1. awkward position of the toilet behind the door, #2. the shower head in the shower is too close to the wall, #3 Why did they choose “ Blue “ bathroom cabinetry? Goes with nothing and for a fairly new hotel, looks dated. As noted, minor complaints, but you asked.

This was my first visit to West Hartford and this hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was impeccable; nothing was falling apart - no peeling wallpaper, no scratches on walls or missing grout on bathroom floor etc. The pride taken in the upkeep of this hotel is the same pride I have with my own home - their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I also liked the giant opening windows, the pillows, the bed overall and the shower water pressure. Everything was just perfect - a great stay.

I wish I was able to get a can of Sugar Free Red Bull on the property. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself. It was a perfect weekend getaway.

Front desk staff lacks professionalism, check in was difficult (at 1:30am no less) and checking out on my way to a funeral they delayed me because they were inept.

Bell hop and valet staff were excellent. The hotel was really clean and beautiful. With that said, one younger female at the front desk was exceptionally rude to my wife. She had the emotional intellgience of a hot headed teenager and actually slammed her hand down, was sarcastic, and rude when my wife asked to see the paper copy of the room charges. My wife had to ask several times to see the charges.
