Convenient location, close to everything, clean, very accommodating to guests. When I arrived, the TV was not functioning. A repairman was available within 10 minutes to help. Liked the fact that the hotel is 100% smoke free.

The ac unit seemed to have a difficult time keeping up with the high heat and humidity. Not really a dislike, but the shower curtain was extremely short and was difficult to keep in the shower. There was also evidence of different stains on the walls and some furniture.

Close proximity to city centre and just off the motorway; clean and comfortable room. 24 hour check in facility useful for varying flight times.

We were situated directly next door to a meeting room which meant we were woken really quite early by conferences with no advance warning

They didn't give me the Saturday I asked for or the 50 dollars fee…

I didn't get the $50 fee… I didn't use anything.

Shower had low water pressure. Desk lamp lightbulb was out. Front desk staff should smile more and act like they want to be there.

the first room i was given was still dirty from the previous renter i guess. as the bed hasnt been made, towels in bathroom are on the floor, soaps are used. but it was changed right away no problem.

I enjoyed the staff. THey were very friendly. We had a broken faucet but they fixed with in 24 hours.

The ice machine need to be taken care of there were black things coming out of the ice machine and that can be very dangerous ,please look into it for your guess safety it on the 6 th floor.

We stayed the night to be in town for the marathon. The location was great and cost wise it was $100 cheaper than a comparable hotel across the street.

Clean big room.

No food anywhere in the building. Got hungry late at night and had to drive around looking for food.
