decor, quality of linen, room size. convenient. The staff was exceptional. Respectful, affirmative. We registered with an outstanding young man patient and skilled at his reception/front desk responsibilities and promptly responding to calls/questions... Breakfast was wonderful! had something delicious for everyone*great start to 2025 THANK YOU✨Jovan and administration ✨ should have taken pics i added personal touches to our stay. the bathroom floor was not good at all.Im the type to go over every hard surface with disinfectant wipes, Lysol spray for soft surfaces. that's just how we roll *including the floors.

The hotel is nice and spacious. The staff was very accommodating. My son had a football game and they gave us a bigger room to due to my fear of heights. They also allowed late checkout so he can shower after the game. The room was very VERY spacious.

The bed was not the best but I was comfortable enough for a girl who is recovering from back surgery. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it’s cool.

Just needed a place to stay for the night during a long drive home and this hotel lived up to our expectations. We were about to check-in easily at a late hour, breakfast was awesome and the room (and bed) were so spacious!

Very nice accommodation with great indoor swimming pool. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Location great if one likes being close to shops and places to eat.

It was a little on the expensive side (coming from Canada), but that seems common in New England.

Good morning the only thing that bothered me with the hotel was the bathroom was not clean at all very dirty tub, very nasty toilet, but I did not complain. I went to the store and bought my own cleaning supplies and I cleaned it myself sometime. You just don’t complain about everything auto you’re paying, a pretty penny. God bless.

Fabulous reception staff, friendly breakfast staff. Clean room. Good temp. control.

Lobby coffee was not hot in the morning two of three mornings. Found two bugs in my room. Oatmeal wasn’t hot all three mornings.

Convenient location off the Interstate. Clean room that appeared to have been recently renovated.

The air conditioner noise, and the inability to control the temperature. It was either stuffy and warm, or cold and breezy

The property was clean, the desk clerks and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good. Our room was quiet, which was great!

The shower/tub didn’t drain well.

Nice room, nice bathroom, good coffee, nearby a small market place, absolutely friendly front desk!

Pool was closed most of my stay. Refrigerator was loud in the nights. electricity from plug makes sound that it was hard to fall asleep.
