Exceptional customer service from entire front desk staff and housekeeping!!! All team members are professional, efficient, courteous, and very personable. Out of all 6 states, east and west coast , working for Amazon, I can attest that this has been my favorite and most enjoyable accommodations away from home. Rooms are impeccably clean and fresh, accolades going to the best housekeeping team members I have had the pleasure to meet! Front desk associates are always on their #1 game juggling rooms and attending to each guest's needs. Breakfast was quite good for the type, though it generates a lot of waste (disposable everything: plastic cutlery, plates, cups). The room was very clean and functional. Nice, comfortable bed. Staff pleasant and efficient.

The A/C unit in our room was a little noisy. The elevator door moved alarmingly slow. We did not like the mushy pillows.

Rooms are immaculate, clean and fresh smelling! Housekeeping staff is impeccable at details and cleanliness of rooms. Amenities galore include fridge and microwave in each room, ice machine, breakfast, dependable internet and cable, up to date heating and cooling adjustable in each room, and fantastic shower head and water flow. I always come back to Manchester Inn And Suites because they care about each and every guest through their professionalism and safety guidelines. Working coast to coast at Amazon facilities, I praise Manchester Inn and Suites for providing immaculate accommodations and multiple amenities while ensuring a safe, pleasant, and stress-free stay. I would be remiss if I didn't emphasize what a difference there is in the cleanliness and freshness of room from other places I have stayed while travelling for business. Manchester Inn and Suites is above and beyond all other accommodations that I have stayed at in 5 states since the pandemic. They make sure you feel like you are HOME😀!

Shampoo and conditioner bottles shaped like mini bottles are cute, but makes it hard to get the shampoo and conditioner out of the bottle. Breakfast isn’t hot; room temperature scrambles and lukewarm sausages. Pancakes are blah, and too chewy. Noisy workers are making building renovations.

It was quaint. Looks like the big name hotels outside but inside was very charming. The breakfast area was really cute. Decor was black and white checked from the fifties. In a very good area close to everything.

The first two nights, when I came out of my room ,all I smelled was marijuana. As a smoker, I understand their rights. However as a smoker if I have to go outside so should they.

I stayed here for several months while on a travel assignment. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. They were just starting up their breakfast again when I left. Staff are always super nice. The beds are very comfortable and you can't beat the price. Location is great too. It's not the Ritz but I would stay again.

The keys! They randomly stop working and you have to go to the desk. There is no resolve to any problem you may have. ( there was no hot water for a day, I specifically booked the suite with whirlpool tub and paid extra only to find an "out of order" sign on the tub) Neither time was I offered any discount or refund in the case of the tub not working. Lights are weird and dim.
