Property is an ideal location for us, close to family in area and good selection of restaurants close by

Morning breakfast lady was quite grumpy- we were there a few days and she was grumpy To the point we literally had to go to front desk and request more pancakes- she then scolded me for going to front desk !!! She was the same with all the guests Breakfast was til 9:30 we would come down at 9am - manager said that would be fine; and yet she refused to put out / cook more bacon on first day Not the best person for this morning position that interacts so closely with the customers.

The location works very well for us. It was a short distance from friends we know in south Windsor and not to far to a surprise party we went to. It was close to restaurants, gas stations, stores etc. it was easy access to the highway. We would stay here again and recommend this site. We were able to stay an extra night and were accommodated. It was easy to add on another night. It was great being able to eat breakfast on site. There were great choices, it was very clean and I didn’t get her name but the lady taking care of the food filled up when trays were empty, kept the area very clean and asked if we needed anything. I will be recommending this hotel to those I know.

The kitchen staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The pool is also clean even though felt slightly colder than should be. Breakfast was delicious and being able to pack and go to the room comes in handy with kids who struggle to wake early. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Throughout my stay at the hotel, all staff were brilliant except one front desk staff who never smiled. Each time I stood waiting to ask a question, she'd look away, pretend not to see me and when she did look up, she wouldn't say anything or even respond when I said hi. Just started at me in disgust like I was a bother. Her face literally screamed, "go away". Again, would be nice to have some shower gel at the pool shower area and have the pool done slightly warmer.

The front staff were helpful. The kitchen staff were amazing, sweet, nice and friendly.The cleaners and other workers were very lovely. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for my 2 kids and I. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was clean, though a bit nippy. The swimming pool area was nice and warm with a clean shower room for each gender. Towels were available at the pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had all essentials. The hotel's location near shops was good. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The ability to grab your breakfast and go was very convenient as the breakfast time was too early for my kids and so I took their breakfast up to our room for them to eat when they woke. The laundry facility was useful. The lighting in the room was good. The shower power was good. The bathroom was spacious and had all essentials.

The carpet looked worn.

Clean, very pleasant surroundings. Front desk woman was very pleasant when we arrived. Easy access to I-84. Many restaurants in the area.

We arrived at breakfast room just after 7:00. The coffee urn was empty. We waited 10 to 15 minutes for the attendant to replace the empty urn with a full one. It seemed odd that there was not a second urn ready to replace the empty one.

I booked on Friday, due to my daughter had dance competition. Friendly staff members. Nice and clean hotel room clean. When we returned back Saturday. Room was cleaned up. I was so surprise!! I greatly appreciate them for cleaning. Breakfast amazing, healthy chooses were also available!! I will definitely book again!!

Great location, great place with indoor pool

Morning breakfast lady was grumpy and miserable, we had to keep asking for food and she would refuse Even though there was still 30 mins until breakfast finished!!! She really lets the entire staff team down and the property- shame really

Comfortable bed, good size room with 2 queen bed and microwave/fridge. Appreciated the Keurig, but the setup only has 1 creamer packet and one sugar packet, not enough by most people’s standards. Really great breakfast! So much variety esp liked the eggs and sausage links.

The breakfast was very good. Large selection of breakfast items. The bed was very comfortable.

We had reserved two rooms and requested that they be near one another. However, I got one room on the first floor and the other on the third floor. The third floor room was quiet but the first floor room had a party going on next door till past two in the morning.

Liked everything about the facility. The staff was very friendly, especially Sean at the front desk and Carolyn in the breakfast area. The entire facility was very clean!

There was nothing that I didn’t like.
