I loved how clean the facilities and eating areas were kept. The rooms are very spacious. The rooms were also extremely clean. I constantly saw staff wiping down high touch areas in the hotel. The pool was also very nicely kept. I love that they thought of towels at the pool area. The breakfast offered a great variety and it was perfect for quick morning service. The coffee bar seemed always accessible which helped with early mornings too. We were given towels for our room when we ran out. Staff greeted us and were extremely friendly at the front desk and bar area. Our privacy as a family was also respected as we were able to utilize the "do not disturb" sign throughout our stay.

The constant smell of weed was overwhelming. I realize there is nothing staff can do it's just more of an observation. I felt like I got a contact high just walking through the hallways some nights. This was not noticed in any public spaces of the hotel more just on our floor.

Very kind staff and accommodating. The place was very clean. Room service was prompt. We enjoyed having the bigger room with extra space for 4 of us adults. The kitchenette was a huge bonus on this longer stay.

The pillows were way too soft. We had a couple broken items in our room that need attention - bathroom faucet plug, for example. The shower took at least 5 mins to get hot water and a very low shower head.

Everything was very good except the AC might be running a little bit too loud. It would be great if the kitchenware had a kettle and a pair of scissors. The pan and the pot size didn't match the size of the induction stove so it took a long time to heat and cook the food.

- I loved the layout of the room. The space was large and well kept. - Two elevators were a huge convenience for the busy weekend we were there. - I also enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. - The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great.

- The breakfast was not appetizing but did have a variety. - There were never towels in the pool area. - Kids were unsupervised running wild in that area and causing issues for other guests. - The pull out bed couch was disgusting and not usable. - We did not get fresh towels or any housekeeping for the entire stay (3 days).

Hotel was modern. Breakfast is good. Some cosmetic repairs should be made. A little paint on the corners etc. But it was clean and comfy.

Guests. What is it with smoking weed in a non smoking facility? Seriously, it's rude. I don't care if you have a card.... it's dank and gross. Grow up (that includes you crusty hippies, and nuveau connoisseur types) weed is stupid as are you.

We were familiar with the area and were reconnecting with friends. Location was great, easy drive to Bloomfield, Granby, and Simsbury. Hotel is close to highway, yet quiet and views across CT river. Reasonable breakfast selection; room was clean, and staff was friendly.

The room was huge and so comfortable. Staff was great... Every single person we interacted with. Nice hotel and quiet.

The bedroom had a random column in the middle of the bedroom. Not that it can be removed, just random. The bathroom had a weird smell. The shower does need a deep cleaning and should be upgraded a bit. If it had host, I think the cleaning can be more effective and easier for the housekeeper.

We lodged with you for our family reunion. The rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating as well. The hotel is within 20 minutes of Bradley Airport and othere parks and major activities.

The hotel was busy and we didn't have a hospitality room but they made ample space for us to gather.

I know it’s pet friendly, but I didn’t agree with having pets allowed while eating breakfast with others around. It was a lot of people around eating at that time and to have a big dog in the mist and barking wasn’t comfortable for a few people. It brought me frustration not to having a TV guide to help me through the channels that I was so used to seeing by the televisions.

We had the very best day at the Hyatt House Hartford North/Windsor. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The concierge Millie, was so helpful and allowed us to check in a little earlier than scheduled. The manager Jackie hand wrote us a list of places that we could have dinner according to our specifications. They were so helpful and friendly! I would definitely stay here again.
