Very convenient to the airport after a long travel day. Staff at the desk was very friendly & efficient. The beds were very comfortable with crisp/fresh linens. A little pantry in the lobby was great for a late snack, coffee available 24 hours & lots of variety available at the great breakfast service (included with stay).

The room is dated and could use some sprucing up. The bathroom has a cracked sink, old toilet that was stained, cracks in tile in the shower. Floors could have been mopped better - dust & lint on floor behind door & under sink.There was a dead bug on the countertop.

Honestly, it was a quick overnight for a (very) early morning flight, so I left around 4:50am. All I did was watch WNBA and go to sleep. I bought dinner in their (small but nicely-stocked) convenience store & warmed it in my microwave = VERY grateful for that. The staff were gracious and friendly

Not their fault, but paying for a room that you leave at 4:30 in the morning always feels like I'm getting cheated. No breakfast for me! It might be there could be some refreshed paint in public areas, but that's very minor.

The room was very clean and spacious & the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet even with the number of guests that were staying there for several events. The breakfast was very good & The staff was very pleasant Thank you for making this trip a memorable one & my 1st pick if we ever need to book again. I didn't even think to take photos or videos.

The swimming pool wasn't as deep or as big as my girls had expected. They Love to swim which I why I chose this particular Hotel,the others didn't have one or was closed. But, it served it's purpose.😊

The hotel and room were very clean. I loved the Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The bathroom was huge, safe shower with hand rails, a comfy couch and living area, a desk, plenty of storage space, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, and blow dryer. We didn't go there by choice, bad weather forced our stay, but staying there made everything much better.

The room was freezing, but the thermostat allowed me to make the room more comfortable. I wish the hotel had somewhere to eat nearby, 1 to 2 miles in a car is close, but on foot it's very far. Can't really complain the hotel was great!

The staff went above and beyond for me as a solo traveler with a disability and I can’t think them enough and even the front desk manager Mayra called me in the morning to check on me and see if I was OK that is unparalleled Customer Service for even above the highest five star hotels You can’t pay money for what they give you as far as comfort Customer Service and making you feel important Fantastic place to stay

We stayed this past weekend. We loved that they had a selection of warm breakfast every morning. Elaine (I believe that was her name) did an amazing job keeping up with making sure there was plenty of food available. My son loved the pancake machine. He was upset when someone left a pancake unattended and jammed the machine.

The pool was quite small. We expected it to be larger. Only about 10 people can fit in the pool

The staff was very nice, polite and professional. Raymond was very helpful to us, getting us a trash bag for all the garbage thst accumulated with three kids. The front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were vey friendly. We will certainly be back.

Maybe have bigger trash cans in the rooms or more than two in a room with two beds and sofa.

I was particularly impressed by the gentleman who checked us in. He was friendly, informative, and helpful. Nothing is like a welcoming greeting to set the tone for a stay. We also appreciated the long term parking arrangement in which we paid to leave our car at the hotel while we were traveling.

The room was almost too big and lacked a warm decor; also the automated window shade did not shut completely to keep out light. Overall the room was functional and adequate.

Excellent homemade omelets; & plenty of other choices. Loved that food & coffee available all day. Very clean. Well staffed & all staff were pleasant, friendly; especially the woman who made breakfast & gentleman (manager?) at desk. They made it seem much more personal & welcoming. The location is handy & parking easy. Gas station & restaurants nearby, as is airport & highway. AC worked well.

Some of the carpeting ( especially elevator) could be replaced. A little bit dated sofa with a few stains. Very noisy through door/ people in hallway easily heard; luckily things quieted down at a ready hour.

The staff was friendly & accommodating. The breakfast was good. The location is convenient to the venue that I was going to. The bed was very comfortable & the room was clean with all the amenities(frig, Kerig, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap & lotion).
