Room was spacious and clean. The layout was unique and the AC worked wonderfully (it was very hot and humid out so that was a huge plus). The bathroom was clean and split; there was a toilet room and a separate room with a shower and powder area which was a nice touch. Amenities also smelled lovely. The airport shuttle was an added bonus and there are great restaurants nearby.

The water temperature was rather tepid for my personal preference. There is also construction going on so there was notable disruption within the main lobby and elevator area, this did not interrupt my time at all though.

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not like that I was double charged. I checked out and flew to my vacation destination when I found out about the charge. It took 2 days for the money to be returned to my account after I called them to complain. They were very nice about it. It was the inconvenience of having to call and waiting for the money to be available to me again that I did not like.

Property and room was very nice Problem with check in and bring charges 2 times. Please adjust off the $180 charge.

I had a confirmation for a room with 2 queen beds. Which I put down my credit card to confirm room and price of $159.85. The receptionist said we did not have a confirmed room. I showed him the email with my confirmation. He looked again at my confirmation number and said we were not in computer. He then said he would enter us as walk ins I’m a Marriott member. I know have 2 charges on my credit card $180 and $ 159.85. Please credit back the $180 to my credit card.

I got the type of room I requested, and it was clean. The Lobby area was always clean and neat. Outside on the hotel ground was always clean and neat with plenty of parking. The Staff was always pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was good, but two pan's of sausage croissant's I would have prefer one was bacon. I did not see regular milk. Maybe, I was always overlooking regular milk. I was told my room would be cleaned every other day, therefore my room was supposed to be cleaned once before checking out, and that did not happen.

I've stayed here several times when I have an early morning flight, everything was good. The hotel is clean, the staff is great, the location works very well.

The only thing I didn't love was the location of my room on this visit. It was on the side of Dunkin Donuts and I could hear the planes when they departed/arrived

Bed was comfortable. Microwave and small refrigerator in room. Check-in and check out was fast. Free shuttle from and to airport. Good coffee at free breakfast.

Heat was provided by one of those all-in-one units that has a fan that goes on and off all night....kept me awake most of the night. The free breakfast is nothing special....coffee, tea, bagels, muffins, yogurt, bananas, hard-boiled eggs and some warmed-up microwave egg tart things.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone we spoke with at the front desk made sure we had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious.

The placement of the bathroom in the rooms is a little awkward. Breakfast was very basic.

I LIKED THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE HE MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOMED TO MYSELF AND MY CHILDEN VERY RESPECTFUL AND WELCOMING. ALSO I LIKED THE WAY THE SHOWER AND THE TOILET HAD 2 SEPARATE AREAS VERY CONVENIENT. I LIKED THE BEDS VERY COMFY ASWELL. LOVED THE SHOWER THE TEMPERATURE AND THE PRESSURE SPECTACULAR.

I DIDNT LIKE THE POOL HOURS CLOSED VERY EARLY. I DIDNT LIKE THAT THE COUCH HAD WHITE STAINS ON IT I STAYED IN ROOM 111. ALSO THE SHOWER LEAKED LOTS OF WATER ON THE FLOOR WHICH LEFT A BIG MESS AFTER ME AND MY KIDS FINISHED SHOWERING WHICH WAS ANNOYING TO HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER I JUST SHOWERED

Location is very close to the airport- 4 mins drive 😊. Breakfast can be improved by adding fresh pancakes or waffles and hot chocolate (I don’t drink much coffee). Very easy check-in and check out. Front desk personnel are very helpful and kind☺️

The breakfast was lousy. The sandwiches were stale and very unhealthy. Cereal selection poor, milk was soured two different days, poor fruit selection. Other area hotels offer fresh eggs, bacon and waffles. Why are waffles only on weekends? Also no bread for toast.
