The convenience simply can't be overstated, and if you have a crack-of-dawn flight it's worth the higher price compared to the hotels down on rte 75. You can just walk out of the hotel and go down the corridor to the ticketing and TSA lines. The rooms are clean, the showers have both overhead and hand nozzles, which is great, and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The breakfast is very nice when your plane schedule allows to you actually be at the hotel late enough to have it, and it's very nice to have the Starbucks there.

I use this hotel at least once or twice a year because of extremely early flights, necessitating leaving the hotel before 5am. BDL airport is absolutely nuts at that time of day--very crowded between 4 and 7am, with long security lines, followed by very few open locations for food/decent coffee, all of which have lines going all the way down the corridor. While there is a coffeemaker in the hotel room, having simple snacks for us early birds to grab before making the trek to the gates would be welcome. (If food that's accessible before 5am does exist somewhere in the hotel, I don't know about it, so maybe it's just a matter of making that information more readily available).

Perfect location for early morning flight from BDL. Just wake up and walk to the plane.

Location location location! We arrived at Bradley at 11:30pm and literally walked from the gate to the lobby for check in in under five minutes without leaving the building. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. A sit down restaurant with nice options for breakfast as well as a cafe with to-go options.

It is pricey but you pay for convenience to the airport.

You can literally walk into the terminal from the hotel and go straight to security. It was so convenient to wake up, check out, walk with our bags and be in the airport within 5 minutes. By far the best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay here again if ever in the area. Resturant in hotel was very nice too and had good food. Room was clean and very quiet.

Only thing was that it was difficult for Uber or Lyft to pick up with getting confused about the airport.

The location is excellent -- inside Terminal A and just steps away from the security line at Bradley Airport. It could not be more convenient for travel. I returned a rental car and walked to the hotel the evening before my flight. The morning of my (early) morning flight, it took me 3 minutes to get to the airport security check-in line. There is a nice cafe/bar in the hotel that is open until 11 pm on Saturdays where I had a light, late dinner. No need for a shuttle, and everything was clean and new.

No complaints at all.

We had to be at the airport at 3:45 am the next day. I can't think of a more relaxed way to get there than the 5 minute walk from the hotel, all inside, to the airline counters in the airport.

Spacious, clean room, very nice walk-in shower, fantastic king bed.

parking instructions were unclear on the website, and so we accidentally parked in the main garage, which wasn't covered by the hotel. We arrived at 1 am so we didn't feel like moving the car again. Breakfast choices were a little limited--Starbucks

Newly remodeled. Great living space. Wonderful bathroom & shower. Comfy bed & pillows. We ate at Cloud 9 Lounge - good food. Better than many hotels. Easy walk next door to our very early morning flight made it stress-free! We will definitely book this place again

N/A. Price is expensive, but it's the location & ease that makes it worth it.

The receptionist was super nice he put me on the 8th floor and offered me a complimentary adult beverage

The host at the restaurant was not friendly she was an older white women I had to wait in line for a long time too I wish they offered complimentary breakfast in the morning The Starbucks on sight should open earlier than 7am, especially for travelers with early flights!

The location is perfect for when we are traveling. The hotel is immaculate and the staff is efficient and personable.

Nothing. I always feel comfortable staying there. Last summer, we traveled with a group of 8 and simply could not afford this so stayed at a smaller hotel off airport property. My daughter found large moving bedbugs in her bed. She captured one and took it to the front desk requesting another room and none were available and they were not at all surprised that we had found them. From now on, I will spend the extra money to be at the Sheraton Hartford.
