You have the run of the whole building (preciously an ice cream or other takeout location, renovated into a single occupancy rental). It is right near Six Flags and The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. (Also right across the street from The Big E, though we weren’t there for that reason) Great breakfast & lunch place right next door - they were really busy, but we were in&out of Memo’s in 30min or so on a Saturday AM. Prior to arriving, I was a bit skeptical about it being a former commercial property in a pretty commercial area - but my fears were allayed once we arrived and saw the interior and the lay of the land… It was fine for us, but you should know that the 2 bedrooms are separated by a partial wall, and do not have a door that closes between them. We liked the open floor plan on the first floor. We were not fans of the open floor plan where the beds are. We thought there was a full wall dividing the 2 sleeping areas and it is not. It's a half wall. The furnishings are nice and updated and the beds are comfortable, but very noisy and every time someone moves, it wakes up everyone. The location is close to stores, restaurants and the highway. The owners are very nice. The bathrooms are a nice size and plenty of hot water for showers The owners left us delicious muffins for breakfast, coffee and creamers.

The flooring looks new and modern but were very sticky, and our feet were black from walking around barefoot. It would have been nice to have a couple of fans on the second floor because you have to have it freezing cold on the first floor to get some cool air upstairs. We could have used more trash bags and a broom to tidy up after ourselves. All the cars zooming in and out of the parking area made us nervous about our cars potentially getting hit.

They greeted us with muffins. We were able to check in early because no one reserved the night before. They were so accommodating, so sweet. They own the breakfast place next door and oh my goodness, so delicious!! We will be staying again! Oh and perfect spot to stay if you are planning to go to Six flags. It is literally right down the road. About 7 mins away. I could not ask for a better spot to be.

The parking was a little crowded. But that’s because their breakfast is absolutely delicious. And the price is a little high, but for a 2 family stay it was very affordable.

Lily's lodge was absolutely perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Chris and Dominic were extremely responsive to any texts with questions and asked us when we would be arriving so that they could make sure lights were on, A/C was running, and fresh muffins were out on the table. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Keep in mind, however, that the two bedrooms upstairs have a wall dividing the beds but there is not an actual door separating the rooms. No biggie for us at all, but just in case you are wanting privacy is nice to know. Our family visited Lily's lodge because we were taking a trip to Six Flags New England. So, if you are interested, the lodge is less than 10 minutes from the park! Finally, be prepared for an amazing experience at the host-owned breakfast restaurant next door, Memos. Fantastic food, friendliest staff around, and within walking distance from the lodge. We will definitely be back!!

Christine and Dominic were super sweet throughout the whole stay. Very communicative and helpful. The lodge was also very nice. Well put together. Looked like a good place to have a family vacation or a big get together with friends as well. Also highly recommended checking out the restaurant next door. The grilled muffins were amazing!! P.s. didn't notice til the day we left but there's a burner in the kitchen cabinets if you wanted to cook something.

The fresh muffins were an excellent touch (and they didn't all make it to breakfast). The room was wide open for us to all be able to be togher at once. Very clean , inviting and comfortable.

Two things: 1. Need a few more items of silverware 2. There was a constant nuisance chirp of something like a fire alarm that needed it battery changed. It went off like every 15 seconds for our entire stay (including through the night). Otherwise, I would gladly recommend it (and hope to stay again).

Tons of space, comfy couch, muffins waiting for me! Quick responses from the owners. An excellent space to spend one night or a few weeks!

The only downside was how much light came into the bedroom area. I'd recommend getting curtains that block more light, since there are lights on all night nearby.

Excellent property close to everything. Very clean and the hosts were very accommodating. They made us feel that our stay at their property was their number one priority. Enjoyed the complimentary fresh muffins as well.

There was no dish washing liquid, the front door needs a privacy curtain and they need to let guests know employees for restaurant park there and they come in really early.

Lilly's lodge was very spacious and comfortable. The owners were so acomondating and responsive. Their restaurant next door had an amazing breakfast.
