First, I appreciate how accommodating the staff are. They are just so nice and friendly, making sure to address all of our concerns/questions and helping us at all times. The room is also nice, it feels like HOME. My family found comfort since we're able to do a lot of things with the studio suite. We don't need to order any food from outside because we can cook in the room and all the dining/cooking equipment is provided. They also have a pantry that sells a lot of things for a cheap price. My son also enjoyed the pool so much. We're definitely gonna be a regular guest to this hotel♥️

Kitchenette was well appointed, room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Location was convenient for my son’s intensive, but not as close as I would have hoped. Great price for the condition and amenities. Free laundry and a lending library for games or appliances you might need. Interesting concept. Staff was lovely.

No breakfast, which I knew before we arrived, and was able to use the kitchenette for our own. Quite a mix of guests. Keycards easily demagnetize if they get too close to your cellphone. It happened ALL the time for my son. Just a hassle to keep going to the front desk all the time.

I was really impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the room. Wasn't expecting a kitchen and full fridge. I recommend this spacious one bedroom suite for short and long-term stays. The staff was very nice and the facility was clean. A breakfast sitting area and business area would be nice - I didn't see that. Furthermore, I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great and the Wi-Fi was fast. There was a great deal of lighting and lots of electric plugs. The property was quiet and the front desk was very responsive when we asked for some extra linens.

I don't understand why all the accommodations we have experienced on the East Coast during our late May visit have had hot comforters rather than some light blankets during the warm season! There are no restaurants or stores nearby.

It was very comfortable, clean and the staff was accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would refer friends and family. We look forward to our next stay here when we decide to visit again. The location was convenient and quiet.

Must provide cell phone charger ports or sell the full chargers at the in house store. Remove the menus for Holyoke Pizza from the lobby, they were terrible. Other than that, everything was great. Need more food delivery options.

Location was perfect and room was comfortable

Only disappointment was the pic of room when I booked showed walk-in shower, but it had tub instead. It did have the handicap bars, which I need not a big deal, just unexpected. I have trouble getting into the tub sometimes.

The room was spacious and very clean. Seemed to be recently updated since it was very modern. I loved the little kitchen in the room and the snack pantry in the lobby. I didn’t make any purchases but it was nice to see so many snack and drink options available for purchase

Great price for the night, the full size fridge and cooking range, with cooking utensils. a dishwasher was awesome

The bathroom could use some help. Touch up paint job, better scrub job on the walls and the tub. They looked dirty.

The suit was nice especially the full kitchen with a stove! I cooked an amazing meal. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was nice but it was full of kids in the hot tub I couldn’t use it, the pool itself was a little too cold for my liking but not a big deal. I also loved the air conditioner, it got so cold! Only major complaint I have is that in the morning my family and I couldn’t shower because there was no hot water. I called and they said that there was an issue with the heating system so we couldn’t shower after using pool, but I guess it’s not there fault :( but overall I would stay again!

Located within 5 miles of my destination, Eastern States Expo. The suite was immaculate and it was so complete. I had everything I could possibly need in the kitchen area. The bath area was also fully stocked. Super comfortable bedding. Could not ask for nicer staff! Front desk personnel were wonderful. I had not visited this part of Massachusetts and I was at the Candlewood Suites for five nights. Highly recommend!

Hallways and elevator were not air conditioned.
