The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and very importantly, had LOTS OF TOWELS. We stayed in the king suite with the 2 person spa bathtub and it was wonderful. My wife loves a firm mattress and slept well, but was a little too firm for me. That is just a personal preference, can't be helped.

It's a little odd that there's no drawers in the room, nor shelving in the closet. I also noticed a lack of fan in the bathroom. None of those are deal breakers, I just thought it strange.

The location was accessible to surrounding area: Hampshire Mall, local cafes. Booked this for a trip to visit daughter who attend Mount Holyoke College and attend Arcadia Wild Life Sanctuary. The coffee (dark roast) was decent and that is rare for a hotel.

Our room location (2nd floor) did have some added noises since it was close to an ice machine, the guest laundry room, etc. still able to sleep.

I liked that breakfast was included, I could bring my pet, they had fresh baked cookies and coffee!

I didn’t like the layout of the king suite. A huge desk through the middle of the room, no adequate bureau for putting our clothing. 3 very small baskets in a cabinet for clothing, what a terrible design.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a woman who seemed genuinely glad to see me. I felt welcomed at breakfast and the staff even extended ideas of local things to see and do. The food was varied and did the trick. Check out was easy and I left feeling like I'd not only visit again but I'd recommend this hotel.

When the room above ours got occupied we could both hear their talking and they movement around the room. Thankfully they turned in early. It makes me wonder if they had been "party animals" if we'd be less satisfied with our stay.

The breakfast was very nice, unfortunately by 9 am there was no cut up fruit left. However, we really liked the bananas and apples that were left out !!we also really liked the snack area, lots of choices and very reasonable prices! And the woman who was there on fri nite was very friendly!!we also liked the fact there was ice water for the quests ! The staff were all very friendly, especially the person who checked us in on fri, we joined the rewards program because of him! We also really appreciated the proximity of the hotel to many museums, shopping, restaurants etc.

Well, there was trash( a wrapper off of something) left under the sink table from the previous guests, or the ones before that as who knows how long it had been there) which kind of made me question the housekeeping. Also, for not being totally full, it would've been great if we didn't have a noisy neighbor above us. And, free coffee in the lobby would've been great!

Location was close to the highway, North Hampton, and Amherst. Had EV charges so that was convenient. Staff was friendly and amenities were nice. Breakfast was nothing too special but convenient and does the job well enough.

Walls were a little thin so I could hear people if they were around me. Climate control was not the best. It was either way too cold or way to warm all the time.

very clean and comfortable, they had a car charger for the electric cars which was a great bonus. hot breakfast was nice, staff with pleasant and helpful.

I asked for a late check out, but that wasn't communicated to the staff the next day, so they came knocking on the door at 11:00. not a big deal but it would have been nice if they had known. I was charged more than my confirmation for the room, so that required a phone call to get straightened out. and I was charged a significantly higher amount for the car charger, and that required another phone call to straighten out.

The kids like the waffle maker at breakfast. We appreciate the cold water, hot tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. Rooms are always clean and decent sized. Pool is a hit with the kids too and the fitness room has everything you might need.

Only fruit option at breakfast were apples, the usual mediocre egg, meat, potato options.

Loved the pool and the breakfast. Wish there was a hot tub but that just would’ve been a bonus. Loved the lounge with Christmas decorations and fire going, felt so cozy. Loved the constant availability of lemon water, coffees, hot cocoa and cookies.

Just would’ve liked to be a little closer to some stores/restaurants

The room was well designed and functional , bed was comfortable, breakfast area well suited for a group to sit and talk. Coffee was excellent.

I’d like a healthier breakfast (scrambled eggs were weird): muffins and yogurt too laden with sugar, oatmeal looked like it was soaking in water.
