I loved just about everything, we had everything we needed. If we did need anything they were very accommodating. My daughter loved the breakfast! It was very peaceful, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was very clean. We didn’t have the time to use the pool but we were able to use the gym and that was also very clean even.

My only complaint would be about the mattress, I think it’s time to replace the one in room 305. At first it seemed comfortable but it had no support you kind of sank into it but not in a good way. We were there for 2 nights and both mornings my back was killing me.

Both front desk staff members were exceptionally kind, helpful, and available. The cleaning staff were so sweet and respectful and when my child lost her doll, a couple of the staff members were helping us look and said they'd mail it back if we couldn't find it before we left. The rooms were remarkably spacious and had EVERYTHING we needed. We only had to ask for fresh linens for the couch bed and they were brought right up. They had a mixer going on with free food and beverages when we checked in and the pool facility was an absolute delight.

I don't have a single complaint to make, it was so enjoyable we'll be going back.

Housekeeping not checking up. We had lots of dirty towels and having kids in the room, you can only imagine. Trash was piling up, when calling and I was told that housekeeping leaves at a certain time. The lady that came up did take the dirty towels but she didn't take the trash.

Nice size room.

Since it's a pet friendly hotel, this is the 1st time experiencing an allergic reaction. Luckily I get symptoms quickly enough to remove myself from the situation before medication or medical assistance is needed. They were able to find me a room that didn't have pets in it in the past few weeks, whew, then I was good. This experience taught me, moving forward to be more vigilant when choosing a place to stay.

location and cleanliness

i didnt like the pool policy, the front desk has to let you in, so if there is someone checking in you can be waiting for like 15 minutes, more if theres issues. worse if your kid has to use the bathroom, have to be let back in. another bad is dogs bark a lot and staff doesnt/cant do much about it

The breakfast was a great selection. I liked the fact that we had access to complimentary coffee all day. The staff was very pleasant and for the most part helpful and cheerful.

The reservation I made was through Booking.com. However, the desk clerk when I checked in claimed I had cancelled. This was not true; the reservation and the room charge were still on my accounts. This minor problem was addressed shortly by the supervisor or manager in charge.

My 5YO and 6YO boys loved it. They didn’t want to leave. They did get loud a few times, but we didn’t get any complaints. My wife and I also enjoyed the stay.

No vending machines and no quarters for the laundry room.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was just right and comfortable. The room was much bigger than I expected. Loved it.

The room had a kitchen and a living room. The room was confortable and would happily return.

Only 1 elevator. Breakfast should be at least till 10 am
