The hotel was amazing and very friendly staff. The breakfast was really nice and better than what we expected. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The one downfall was the elevator broke and we were on the 6th floor. No one posted that the elevator was out of order and were kind of left in the dark. We had a toddler and to have to use the stairs was very difficult and added extra stress to our departure. Once we finally got all of our belongings down the stairway we were told that we could've used the service elevator.

Loved the comfy beds and the pool! Rooms were large and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was bigger than expected but easy to navigate. The free breakfast was good, too. My family and I also loved how close it was to Six Flags. Great value for your money

The waffle maker was difficult to use, not impossible but not easy. The bacon and omelets were a little over cooked too.

The view from our room was nice. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and clean. Parking was good and I liked the location which was in a quiet area away from traffic. Appreciated having breakfast included - there was enough variety to satisfy most guests. The staff were quite pleasant.

I was a bit taken back at first as the sheets were rather crumpled - they were clean but some ironing out of the wrinkles would have presented a better first impression.

The beds were comfortable and the room was large and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient to our activities for a Springfield college field hockey event. It is just over the line so we could easily drive to the MGM casino in Springfield to see movies and visit restaurants in the surrounding area of the hotel. We checked in and noticed our ice bucket did not have a lid but the front desk was eventually able to locate one for us and bonus, the ice maker has pebble ice (like Chik-fil-a) and has a water fill station. The laundry room was clean and easy to use for my daughter's field hockey gear. The daily breakfast has a nice selection of eggs, breakfast meat, bagels, yogurt, cereal, etc. Ordered a chicken quesadilla from the pool bar for dinner one night and it was very good.

The parking lot was large but filled up quickly so had to park further away from hotel and had field hockey gear and supplies that we were hauling back and forth. Not huge issue, but when you are tired and it is late it seems far.

I stayed for 1 night and for some reason my cards wouldn’t work when I was trying to pay for the deposit. And the way in which it was handled was fine for you guys but really not for me. I am travelling from Australia and I have a US card and an Australian card. I didn’t want to use the deposit on the US card as it takes time to come back on my card. So with limited days left, I lost US money which I’ll now get back when I’m back in Aus. This is all for 1 night stay. Common sense should come in sometimes and seriously they could have just let me skip the deposit for 1 night. I ended up having to use the US card. And the worst part about it they were ready to cancel my booking. Really bad form and left me with a sour taste.

Our unit was clean and neat. The staff came in and cleaned when ever we wanted. Breakfast was very good and well kept. The staff was welcoming and efficient.

Sadly there was a party Sunday evening and we could hear the music and guests in our room on the fourth floor until about eleven.

The Fairfield was a very clean facility and convenient to the 91 freeway and route 5. Breakfast was good and staff was accommodating. Our room had a nice view and was quiet.

The room heating and cooling system was difficult to control and somewhat noisy.

I'm not a fan of LVT flooring.. but, probabnly cleaner than rugs.. Unfortuanately we had noisy guests in the next room.. two nights in a row at 1:00am they came in slamming doors and loud voices. AGM Pat was terrific.. she understood and moved us to a quiet room.. Thank you very much..

Very nice property. The room was very clean and comfortable after a hectic day with the airlines! I believe the hotel had a 4 star rating, and if so, for most factors, that was appropriate. But the breakfast earned it no better than a 2.5! Very basic, standard and more in line with what you'd expect at a much lower hotel.

The BF was good except that a little bacon and hot cakes were missing. Scrambled eggs tasted yucky. Other items were great. Location is great since a lot of fast foods are close buy also in case I wanted to order in.
