When I discovered the brand of coffee maker in the room did not work with the brand of coffee filter holder, the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to hunt down the right brand of coffee maker! I know it's a little thing, but it meant a lot! The suite, #419, was big and roomy, the bed exceptionally comfy, one of the few hotels with a microwave, good shower, awesome breakfast in the morning, close to everything, but just far enough away to avoid the crazy traffic jams at the casino.

The shower/toilet room was a little tight. It really could have been designed better.

The property was very clean, in a good location to the highway and work meeting, front desk staff all very nice and professional, rooms very spacious with nice amenities in the room like microwave, fridge coffee maker and bathroom amenities as well. I would stay here again and recommend to others to stay at this location. Parking was great as well no charge and easy access to my room safe and secure.

Minor was the feather pillows for the bed not the most comfortable but the king bed was very comfortable!

I Location was excellent. Located right off the highway and super convenient to both downtown and the basketball hall of fame. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. My one gripe was the stains on the wall in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Other then that zero issues, would highly recommend

My daughter was sick, so I had to turn the heat up to warm her up, Nice clean bathroomi t was quiet, easy fast check in and great parking spot, and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The breakfast was ok just your average eggs toast english muffins the muffins were not tasty but the tator tots were. Good for one night. i'd come here again.

The breakfast food was almost gone when we got to it, need deeper trashcans, I ususally clean up really good for the house keepers but the trash is so small, The tv had no guide it wasn't full of channels white stains on the rug near the microwave, needs work around the tub in the bathroom and that is it eveything else was good. Plus they jacked up the price because there was a cheering comp it went from $139 to $229 so that was rough we couldn't enjoy our selves because my daughter was very sick. She had a fever so she just slept them whole time, when her friends were swimming. Just better places for the price we paid and the site said it was a short walk, it was not!!!

Very clean and quiet and location was good for us.

Parking was awful! When we arrived in the afternoon it as fine but left to go out for the evening and when we returned there was no parking! Luckly I have a smaller car and squeezed in but was not happy about it as could hardly get out of my car. Also our shower control did not work well.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to the Enterprise Car hire office, the Basketball Hall of fame, the MGM and the restaurants in Worthington Street were a short drive. The rooms were comfortable and , although for some it may have been limited, the breakfast did the job first thing in the morning.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. For us it did the job.

I love how caring and friendly the staff always is whenever we travel to Western Massachusetts we always stay here we absolutely love it and I always highly recommend it to anyone who has family and pet's.

Beds could be a bit softer. I don't like that the homeless are hanging outside of the premises and begging for money.

The breakfast was very good. We had plenty and seating was available. They have signage about the building being 100% Non-smoking. It specifically included marijuana and called out a $250 cleaning fee for anyone who smokes in the building.

Nothing! Everything was great, I wished we needed to stay longer :)

I was born and raised and Springfield and staying at this hotel brought back memories but also made me feel so much has changed. It was clean and the gentleman who checked my family in and out was so amazing and friendly. I enjoyed our stay

The breakfast was wonderful! There were 2 servers who were very aware of when food, juice, or napkins may be low. It was a real pleasure, the breakfast room was bright & beautiful as well.
