Room went well. The parking was very hard to do with putting your card in and waiting for the arm to go up. The road was very narrow driving to the upper levels.

The parking could have been easier. But most important, the sign for the Marriott needs to be where you can see it better when driving by and looking for it. We drove around for almost an hour, and I never saw the Marriott sign on the building. We finally saw one.on the front of the parking garage and still had to look for the front entrance door.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Easy parking in the deck.

Whomever designed the “barn doors” for the bathroom should find a new job. Honestly, who wants to use the bathroom with a door that has a 1 inch gap on each side? No privacy, no noise control, it’s just weird. And the smoke alarm is like a green strobe light flashing above your head when you’re trying to sleep.

Great spot. Right downtown and within walking distance of MGM and the mass mutual center. Basketball HOF is a quick drive. Appears newly renovated and it's awesome.

Of course a city has its own challenges, the parking garage although well lit was confusing and concerning.

The large bed and spacious room made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The view out to the enclosed courtyard flanked by two tall buildings was exceptional. The staff were helpful and went the extra mile to assist me.

The parking situation was not intuitive. It took a bit to figure it out. Also, the surprise charge for parking was not good. It was not mentioned on the booking app. No one likes to have extra charges added out of nowhere. Also, a microwave oven in the room would have been welcomed.

room and staff were great. parking as very convenient. close to mass mutual center for our stay. my only complaint was breakfast. staff was very friendly and helpful

served cold tea, pancakes with no syrup or butter. by the time I got these things food was cold. we were probably the first ones down for breakfast so maybe that is why.....maybe they weren't quite ready for us. overall stay was great and would stay again.

Location is pretty good and the view is nice, but the window is foggy. The room size and set up are amazing. The room looks new.

The first thing we see when we get to our floor is a bunch of towels and sheets in front of doors including our door. We're so confused.... In the bathroom on the counter there's nothing. There's not even a bathmat.

I had heard that the property got renovated and personally I absolutely love the aesthetic. The room was really nice, and very nice modern feel to it while still being cozy. And the bed was fantastic.

The only real issue I had was an empty conditioner bottle in the bathroom but that's honestly a non-issue.

The hospitality from the staff, ESPECIALLY SHAKA! He was incredible and allowed us to check in early since our rooms were available. He was so kind and accommodating. Also loved that there was a grocery store and a Dunkin Donuts attached to the hotel. Wonderful place!

Front desk staff were very polite and helpful in time for the check in and check out.

The room I was in did not have an iron, but it was enough to not enjoy the stay at the Marriot

Downtown close to many restaurants . Beautiful clean and modern decor . I will definitely stay here again.

The check in guy made me feel rushed and was rude don’t want to mention his name. The bed and pillows too soft.
