The room was spacious clean and very comfortable

Part of the reason that we stayed at this hotel was because it had a pool in a hot tub but the hot tub was not available when we first arrived and again was not available in the morning before we checked out also only one of the two elevators was working and on the morning that we were checking out myself and other guests had to wait for 5 minutes in the lobby due to the housekeeping staff taking up the one available elevator and proceeding to go to each floor it took forever for the elevator to come back down to pick up the gas it would have been nice if they had let us go up first

The Hotel was great. Location was great as we were in town for a cheer competition. For a quick bite and not having to leave the hotel having Unos attached was convenient. The only thing crazy was the price range of breakfast. It ranged from $8-$20 pp. we opted out to eat there. We had 1 sick child and hotel breakfast is never worth the price in my opinion. Also they leave bottles of water in room for $2 a bottle. Little much considering how much rooms cost. So again opted out because we did bring our own as we had cheer competition. But if a family didn’t stay there for that I’d suggest own drinks and snacks because we had a mini fridge and microwave. Overall it was clean and staff was great.

It was literally right next to the Basketball Hall of Fame, which was the whole point of the trip. The staff were also super accommodating and the environment felt clean. The breakfast was delicious and though I didn't use it, the pool seemed to look nice.

This isn't really a complaint, but there was a bit of a mix up when checking in. The concierge originally gave us keys to a room that was already occupied, which was a bit jarring for both guest parties involved... but staff admitted their mistake and simply gave us an empty room.

The location was great as we were going to the Basketball Hall of Fame. Upon checking, Mike greeted us with his great personality. He quickly apologized for the pool being down. He accommodated us with a room with a view of the river after I had asked. He then gave us some excellent restaurants to dine.

Pool was under maintenance

Everyone was friendly. Mike that checked us in, was always helpful and had a smile on his face. Pool/maintenance guy was super friendly. Everyone jumped to help with doors as my husband is in a wheelchair. Great staff.

Room 538 bed was soft.

Great front desk, great servers, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay and my participation in the local Ironman event a tremendous Racecation. Breakfast buffet was the best as the servers packed me a breakfast box to go!

The stopper to my bathtub did not work. After my Ironman event I really wanted to soak in the bathtub but could not.

Great location, next to basketball hall of fame. Clean pool area, rooms, lobby.

Everything was fine until breakfast. The food was good, but the woman serving was ridiculous. She loudly complained about being busy, yelled “I’m done, I want to go home!”, dropped things seemingly on purpose, and generally made everyone uncomfortable. She grabbed bread out of the bread box with bare hands. She gave us orange juice with a piece of paper in it. A manager came out to refill coffee and the waitress said, “That’s not helping!”. There clearly are some serious issues.

I love the cleanliness. I love the pool. I love the gym. I also, love that there was a business center. Everyone was very nice.

The bed in my room was super worn out. I had back pains. It sunked in the middle. Also, the toilet was going to over flow and I asked for someone to please fix it and noone came to fix it.

The hotel is very nice. The furniture was comfortable and our room was clean. The interior decorating is beautiful.

In the morning the breakfast arrangement was terrible. We were straight up ignored by the wait staff for an hour until we finally got up and left. A person at our table made contact with the wait staff 3 times and they kept saying they would be by. And we weren’t the only ones. There were people who were waiting for their food for almost as long as we were waiting. Don’t have a serve breakfast if you can’t accommodate your guests. Or don’t have it open if you don’t have the wait staff to maintain it.

Was lovely and clean close to everything we wanted to do on our trip staff was lovely and welcoming very helpful the breakfast was great lots to choose from the local bar and restaurant adjoining to hotel amazing had a great time there
