The parking isn’t exactly safe. There’s a few spots at the back, across the street and then another down the block from there. The area is known to have a lot of bums walking around. A couple of people bashed car’s windows that were parked in the bigger holiday express parking lot and side street. It’s down the block and kinda looks like off road parking. It’s not very secure. It’s too out in the open for travelers. Maybe if the parking can be gated (and not cheap gate either) with visible cameras, the people would hesitate to break windows and steal.

I didn’t like leaving my favorite computer mouse behind in the room. Sucked.

The staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable.

We chose a room with a view of downtown. This room was very nice but very loud. The traffic outside could be heard all night. Lots of motorcycles in the area. I would recommend staying in a room away from the main street. Parking was ok. We managed to get a spot right behind the building but if the lot is full you have to park in the larger lot which is not far from the hotel but it’s not in the best area so if you are traveling alone keep that in mind.

The location was perfect for our weekend dance convention at the Mass Mutual Center. It's a very short walk around the corner. The free parking had unlimited in and out privileges, and they allowed me to extend it a few hours before and after checkout. The room was larger than I thought it would be, based on the exterior of the building. It was spacious and comfortable. The AC made the temperature very pleasant, and our room was very clean. We swam in the pool a bit in the morning. It was on the small side, but still good for some quick exercise. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but included eggs, pancakes, sausage, coffee and juices. There was also yogurt, cereal, and cinnamon buns. Fresh fruit was just apples and bananas, not fruit salad. But, it was more than enough. I was able to do some laundry with the hotel machine. I used my credit card to pay, so there was no fumbling for coins. The front desk had single use packs of laundry detergent available for purchase. I really appreciated being able to use the business center to print my worksheets for my class on Monday. This made my whole day, as I didn't have to worry about getting it done when I got home. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied with my decision to stay here!!

The location was perfect for what we needed. The moms and the kids went to the Dr. Suisse and the other museums, the men went to the casino and watched the football game. And we could walk to both. The rooms were large and comfortable! It was nice not being cramped in a room. Asked for a crib, it came within minutes. The best part of our service was Jessica, the staff member who checked us in. As the guys were not back yet from the casino, I wanted to check us in but could not because the rooms were in the men's names. This made me a little on the frustrated side, however, she explained the policy and even though she could tell I was not happy at first, she continued to be professional and stayed in a positive mood. There was no way you could be upset with Jessica, she was amazing. Jessica was also great with the kids while we were waiting in the lobby for the guys to get there. Breakfast was also a plus. The breakfast was good and fresh.

That only the person whose name was on the booking could check in. What if that person was unable to go but everyone else in the party could go? I would like to see the option for an alternative person to check in. For instance, when renting a car, you have a main driver, then you have an additional person you can put as a second driver. You should give guest the option when booking, to choose two (2) people who can check in.

The receptionist who my sister approached to check-in was sooooo rude! I asked my sister to check in since I was the driver and I have my baby with me. When she returned to car and asked me to check in since she's unable to. I went in, and this lady threw the paper on the table of the other receptionist and said that the other lady came in and unable to give the information, in a mad tone and not even looking at me. She went to sat down and while assisting other guest, she was saying that while the other receptionist was away, she was so busy. Being busy is not a good reason to treat my sister and I that way! It was not our fault that she's the only one assisting the guests before us!

the staff were all very friendly. The king bed was pillowy soft like a cloud, very comfortable for us, actually it was awesome! The bathroom was very clean and all the towels were pleasantly soft. the room in general was very nice which was very appreciative.

We did not like the walk up the street from the parking lot not being familiar with the neighborhood. The only thing that was frustrating was working the tv remote using the cable service you use. Each station had to load before searching for something we wanted to watch. (was not a game changer)

Breakfast was really good lots of variety and staff kept it adding items quickly fully stocked . Room was comfortable and well organized

I guess when in big city parking is hassle. They have check in area three parking for 15 minutes and two other parking one next to built with may be 10-12 cars was full all times other about 300 ft had over fifty I guess all well lit though on one way street both free parking

Location is good, close to the bus station and in a walking distance from South Station. Beds are big and very comfortable. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is moderate, not much choice and the same everyday. Coffee and tea corner is open 24/7 and free of charge. Laundry is available for small price, very convenient. Shower gel and shampoo are available in big bottles with daily refill.

Breakfast variety can be improved a bit, e.g. add some fresh vegetables.

Location is actually like the reviews, really close to a lot... especially with what we had to get sorted out while there. The room was surprisingly pretty good. the beds were great. Bonus was the free breakfast which they class as continental yet you had the choice of omelettes, sausages, pancakes and more. My son and I were well looked after by the staff there...Really appreciate our time there...thank you 🙏

There wasn't much to choose from for snacks, but this didn't have any impact on our experience. This is purely a suggestion.

Perfect location for a graduation ceremony -literally 1 min walk to MGM! Check in staff were super friendly, helpful and patient! The bed was super comfortable- Highly recommend this hotel!

Lame complaint... I kept trying to take the stairs to get to the lobby but the stairwell stopped at the second floor! All in all an excellent experience!
