Staff was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was good, more options than I thought it would have. Room was clean. Pretty quiet considering it's right off a major roadway

I think that maintenance needs to check out the rooms a little bit because our shower had the molding that was coming off and we had to keep pushing it on to the door so that it wouldn't leak on to the floor and a few other minor things in the room. Also would have been nice to know that the pool was not open yet was led to believe that it was an indoor pool.

Clean and comfortable. We stayed there on our last night in Massachusetts. They were prepping the pool for the spring opening. All the amenities were very convenient. The breakfast smelled heavenly. The location is so convenient to the highway, Even being so close to the road, I couldn't hear any noise. The stay was quiet and I felt completely safe.

The property just looks like it could use a refresh. It wasn't dilapidated, but just dated and a little worn.

it started in the lobby, it was clean and spacious and the desk clerk was very friendly. The room was large and had everything I needed. Bathroom was equipped with a walk-in shower. The king bed was very comfortable . The breakfast was more than just coffee and donuts , they had eggs, sausage and hash browns.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious…lots of choices! My daughter, granddaughter and myself loved the breakfast! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you so much for our very special stay!

I liked that the staff is attentive and willing to help. I wasn't sure how to use the waffle maker and the staff member helped by showing me. I really like the variety of foods/drinks for the breakfast. It's the best I've seen and eaten.

It's too bad the room doors make so much noise when closing.

I like that the place was clean and friendly the man at the front desk went out of his way to help me find my room Booking .com put it under my initial not my name so it wouldn't come up on his computer but he never quit looking.. it was new years eve and some people were not in the best mood but he took it with a grain of salt and still worked with me. After I did go to my room for some reason I couldn't turn on my light between house keeping and the last guest they were either unplugged or light bulb turned , he said no problem and was at my room within minuets took care of it and was on his way

I didn't like there were guest that were treating him badly and he had no one to help him on a busy night like NYE there should have been more help on such a night that's management not him,

Our stay was great rooms were clean and we felt secure. The bathrooms were also clean and neat.We spent a great evening while visiting family in the area. The continental breakfast was excellent. Plenty of great choices.

That fact that you didn’t provide either fresh lemons or lemon juice in small packet.

Breakfast was great--we each got our favorites-- and the coffee was good!

We got in very late after a long day at the Eastern States Expo and were exhausted. We left early the next morning, so didn't get to experience any of the extras. I thought the price was a little high.

It was good because everything was around the hotel

The bed was not comfortable for some reason idk One of the beds blankets was dirty it have old blood The doors was giving me a lot trouble to close it One of the chair have big stain like old pee or something idk

My main concern is cleanliness and safety when I need to find lodging. This hotel, Quality Inn, rated the highest of all the places that I have been. As well the rooms, for the most part, were very quiet. The staff was most friendly. I experienced a medical emergency, and the staff went to great lengths to aid my family in this crisis. We took the dogs to a nearby park for a pleasant stroll. Just go down a couple traffic lights past CVS, turn around to the north side of Riverdale Street less than a quarter mile.

Gosh, I don't really have a complaint. I did have a little trouble navigating the one-ways and turn arounds but that was no fault of the Inn. I had to call when I initially couldn't find the place but that was my navigation system. The front desk let me express my panic then gave me simple directions to follow.
