The breakfast was great, the staff were super friendly. We particularly liked being able to bring in food after my daughter's graduation and sit at the tables in the lounge.

It was Memorial Day weekend and the price was exorbitant, even booking 5 months in advance. We had no other options. I wish the hotel would just keep fixed rates and not overcharge. It felt like ransom and left a bad feeling.

Yes are bathroom had a clogged toilet. I had requested it to be unclogged at 1:30 in the afternoon. We got back to the Rome at almost 12 o'clock and the toilet was still clogged. A night shift girl was kind enough to find me a plunger and we did it ours. What's very dissatisfied with that. Also I was told that they would not charge us from the room that night.

The front desk guy, his name is Jonathan he was very kind, compassionate, and very polite. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient in resolving the reservation issue. The housekeeper Glorimar keeps our room clean and full of supplies

Some staff are rude. Or if you have an issue with the reservation, they didn't move a finger to help,

Great atmosphere (as all TRU hotels have), all facilities (pool, fitness, breakfast, “emergency” food shop, work places, and ample parking). Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel and 5 minute walk to the small town’s Down town area with the falls.

Hotel is directly next to highway, which causes traffic noise all day and night.

The property is by the stores right across the street and surrounding. It looks trendy very cute, games in the lobby, lounge area and they have an indoor pool

They don’t offer any price deals and the rooms don’t have microwaves or coffee machines you have to go to the lobby

The rooms were very clean and minimalist design was great. The staff was fantastic. Very clean and simple. Staff was very helpful and kind, quick to find answers and to help.

The room was a little tight between the bed and the table. Would have loved a bigger chair to read/ work in. Had minor issue with the TV but staff helped me fix it.

The hotel is super clean and in a great location. I only stayed for a night, but would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

The walls are a little thin. I could hear the little kids in the room next door running around until 10:30 p.m. Perhaps some area rugs in the rooms would help soak up some of the noise.

I purposely booked this hotel for the pool. I was offered to stay on base at Air Force base but gave it up to have the pool but upon my arrival pool was closed so I’m super disappointed in this when i could’ve just stayed at the Air Force base.

Great location, comfortable beds and decent breakfast

Rooms don't have closets or drawers or even any shelves. You have to keep everything right in your suitcase the whole time. It's a bit challenging if you've got kids and all the gear that goes with that. Probably not as much of an issue otherwise.

I liked the fact that the hotel was located around stores and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and colorful.

It would be nice to be able to access the pool 24hrs like the gym. We didn't get a chance to use it :-(
