The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walk through the door the room was spacious very clean and well appropriated I did not use the pool although I saw other guests going in and out of there same with the workout room lots of seating for gatherings and breakfast or just hanging out in the front breakfast had many different offerings to appeal to lots of tastes I was surprised to see that they had red velvet waffles as well as the original I have never seen that before it was conveniently located near restaurants and main roads the only problem I saw was the parking lot was not properly plowed and or salted it was very snowy and icy but as we drove around I realized that Massachusetts does not clear parking lots or side roads in general they were all in this condition I'm from Connecticut we get the same weather our roads are clear including our side roads and our parking lots are plowed down to the pavement it was rather dangerous moving around outside

Wonderful - I took a little of everything and stretched it to cover a snack during my trip back to NY. Cheese Omelets were great. Fruit and juice bar, cereal bar and yogurt were all great.

I would have liked to have tried out the pool or fitness center but wasn't sure if included. Wasn't really necessary though - was there to see a graduation and family. Had forgotten toothbrush - but grocery store is just next door so that was great. Also great that Starbucks is right next door and the PVTA stops right there.

Staff at reception desk pleasant and welcoming and helpful. Quiet. Very clean rooms and kept up place Breakfast was standard. but good Not too many options for a vegetarian . Breakfast area was clean and maintained well There was a sign for special dietary needs unfortunately they did not have alternative for milk available when check with staff

I only spent night was late check in to have a place to rest nothing to complain about :)

Location was perfect for me. Close to family and close to restaurants. The room was so comfortable. And the bed offered wonderful nights sleep. But the walk-in shower made hotel life even better.

Just a little dusty in areas from renovations. There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

Very clean, parking lot was very clean, landscaping was was crisp ! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. My family was in town for a funeral and the location was excellent, close to all sorts of restaurants and stores if needed.

Although close to the Mass Pike exit it's very difficult to get to the hotel itself. The sign at the driveway was small and I drove by it once and had to circle around a confusing route.

There was no conditioner in the bathroom, tissues ran out, i was left on hold for 20 mins, they seemed short staffed, extra money was taken out which didnt happen on my first stay supposably a refundable fee just to make sure the room was fine when i left. They charged me a whole day later around 3pm.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was,good.

The plug near our bed was bad and we thought our computer was charging, but it wasn't. As a result was thought it crashed. Glad it was only a bad plug and we reported it to staff.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The office chair was not comfortable as the back of the chair was back too far and there was no way to adjust it. Pillows could have been a bit firmer. We could have used more towels. Miss daily cleaning-picking up of garbage and laundry.

The location was easily accessible from the highway. Breakfast was very good with many options!

There was something questionable on my bed cover, but everything else was fine.
