Spacious room. Clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Microwave and refrigerator with freezer section. Responsive friendly staff.

Coffee maker not near an outlet. Awkward bathroom door. Shampoo in plastic packets that can't be torn open. 10 am check out time.

Extremely convenient location for visiting our relatives. Easy access to the Interstate. Clean and good sized room with two queen beds, wifi, TV and coffee. Shower was nice with hot water and good pressure. The woman at the front desk was very nice.

Difficult to find electrical outlets. A bit dated. Could not get the shampoo packet open.

We new we were to sleep in the motel on the road, it was 100% like we expected - parking right in front of the room entrance, simple facilities, just enough to spend a night while long distance driving. Easy check in and out. It was a bit old fashioned, but we also expected that after reading reviews and seeing pictures. Anyway, everything was functioning well.

We booked two rooms, in one room the beds were not very comfortable. It was also not very well isolated, one could hear sounds from the neighbours.

This is a value hotel. The price is better than practically anything in the area. It is clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. It has a refrigerator and a microwave. Important: each room has its own heat system, very useful since it gets COLD in this area. The staff/owners are cordial and kind. It is not posh; if someone needs luxury, they should go elsewhere. But for the rest of us, this is great!

Very convenient. Spacious room. Fan/heat/AC kept room at comfortable temp and kept road noise out Old but clean, had space to hang clothes and for luggage I wasn’t sure if the bed would be comfortable but I slept great!

Location was fantastic for attending a performance at the academy of Arts in downtown Northampton. I liked that the room had a full bathtub, and the manager, Shweta, was very nice.

This motel was just fine for me, nice and clean. However, some people who are more used to corporate types of hotels might find it just a little bit ramshackle.

Woman (staff) was friendly, great and helpful. Happy to have fridge and microwave in room. Bed was comfortable. Place was quiet.

Property is run down. Room definitely needs an upgrade. New bedspreads are also needed. Barely enough room to sit on toilet. Security lense in door is too high to look out of.

This motel exceeded my expectations. The beds were super comfortable, conveniently located near the food co-op, which helped me ensure  I had meals since there’s nothing to eat in Northampton, the staff was lovely, and the rooms had everything I needed. I loved the microwave, aircon and fridge. Shower hot water was plentiful and water pressure was great. Surprisingly quiet, too

People are super friendly and beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect for my needs. Have stayed there many times and plan on staying there many more. Great value for your travel dollar. Nothing fancy, just right!

We were nearly put off by the very dated-looking main photo for this place, but very glad we booked as it exceeded our expectations. It was a bargain and a pleasant place to stay. Great location for what we wanted. The walk into town was long (50-60 minutes to the town centre) but safe and very doable. Several decent supermarkets nearby. Lots of parking. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Air conditioning worked well (we did have one temporary problem, but a test/reset solved it) and was necessary in the heat. No issues with noise from neighbours or street. TV and microwave provided and worked. Enough sockets to charge phones etc, which was important during a long stay.

The wifi was unreliable to the point of being useless — I think it was a wireless repeater and it was having trouble staying connected to the main network. Fortunately, although mobile phone signal (AT&T) appeared weak it was actually fine for both data and voice, so we used this and did not even raise the issue with management. This was the only problem.
