We loved absolutely everything about this property! Deb greeted us when we arrived with a huge warm welcoming smile and a very thoughtful welcome bag! This Inn is all brand newly renovated and so beautiful! It’s incredibly charming and so well decorated with lots of personal touches! It is immaculate! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Our king suite was huge and so comfortable and clean! The view from our bedroom and living room was spectacular and the sound of the gushing falls was so peaceful! We have never slept better! Very comfy beds and pillows!! The breakfast was awesome!! Home made scones fresh out of oven. All kinds of pasty, an oatmeal bar and hot eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits!! Can not wait to go back!!!

The room was clean and cozy with a lovely sunrise river view. Great shower and very comfortable bed. We appreciated the extra touches, convenient charging ports and guest fridge access. Breakfast was wonderful! There were even celiac friendly options for my boyfriend.

The insulation in the room was a bit lacking so there was a lot of noise from other guests across the hall and the dining area below. We appreciated the complementary earplugs! It was understandable though with the historic building and it allowed us to wake up to the wonderful smell of baked goods, so not all bad :)

My husband and I loved the setting of the Old Mill Inn and its history. A friendly greeting by Justin who presented us with a little check in care package and information about the Inn was a nice way to be welcomed. Our room was better than expected, loved the decor and comfort provided. One of the best night sleeps that we had on our road trip. Since our stay was midweek breakfast offered was continental style with plenty of delicious options.

This inn had such a nice atmosphere. The room was big, very very clean. Lots of little thoughtful touches: a full size soap dispenser with pump, coffee machine with creamer, different teas, a couple of water bottles, lots of places to put and hang your things, lots of electric outlets. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the waterfall. Right across the bridge there's a nice tavern that serves cocktails and excellent brick oven pizza. I think it's now my favourite inn in the Amherst area.

The location is dreamy and beautiful. The breakfast in the cafe is great and locally made. It's extremely quiet, except for the lovely roar of the water which will lull you right to sleep. It's extremely clean and the staff is the most friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite places we've ever stayed.

This was not an issue at all for us, but access to rooms requires stairs. There may be an alternative that we were unaware of, but due to the history and age of the incredible building, it makes sense.

Overall excellent, we stayed 2 nights at the end of a 3 week tour of New England and the Old Mill was perfect. Lovely room, spacious, comfortable and overlooking the mill race, appreciated the 'fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom excellent, bed was the most comfortable of all our stays. Wifi was strong and reliable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extra but worth it, good selection so difficult to choose and there was a very nice atmosphere in the cafe with a mixture of travellers and some local folk. This was the perfect ending to our tour. Location also very good, we visited Deerfield and Amherst.

This place is magical and especially so in autumn and winter I believe. It has been recently renovated so it looks modern but is nevertheless very cosy. We had a view on the river and could hear the water from the nearby small waterfall, which was very soothing. We got a warm welcome upon arrival too! Breakfast the next day was excellent too, the cafe is open to all, so go and try the amazing biscuit sandwich: you won't regret it! There is wide parking space and several dining options nearby. I hope we will stay there again in the future!

Charming hotel, beautifully renovated, in a cute rustic area a quick drive Northampton. On site cafe serves delicious homemade quiche and other baked goods and sandwiches for breakfast. Love the sound of the waterfall.

Didn't give the highest rating because the tv service in our room was very slow and buggy, which was an issue for my spouse. Some people like to watch TV. But for me, it was perfect!

Everything was exceptional. From when you first walk in you just feel relaxed. You hear the waterfall and then you walk in and everything is decorated beautifully. But the best part was the staff. They were amazing!!! They simply made you feel like a family you so wanted to be a part and of.

There truthfully wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Very self-service: Check in, breakfast. Made things very easy. The suite was great. The location with the picturesque waterfall was very relaxing.

Was using the internet for video conferencing for several hours in the evening and had one slight interruption.
