I came here alone as a female in this scary world, brought my stuffie with me and snacks and didn't feel scared at all. There's always someone at the front desk even if you need to head out in the late hours, front doors always open. The breakfast was great yes my hungry butt went down there every morning. One of the workers kindly informed me I could bring a tray to my room because I was about to juggle everything and she helped a girl out. The housekeeping were so kind even treating my stuffie like a guest placing him neatly on the bed even tucked in. They were accommodating the whole time didn't bother me while I was in my room. I didn't try the pool or anything but it I did check it out, nobody was in there all the times I checked, they had a handicap chair that came with the pool too and it was a cute fun size it seemed low enough maybe 4 ft or something. The pool was clean too and I saw a changing area inside the pool as well. Waiting area had cute board games that was fun to see. I definitely am coming back ♡

The pool closing at 9. When I went to check it out i planned swimming because it was empty but by that time it was about 11pm.

Relatives living in area suggested we stay here as it was close to a venue for a family celebration. It was close to highway but was quiet - sound was muffled by a wooded area. All facilities were clean and updated: rooms, lobby, pool and dining area where breakfast was offered. There was a nice selection of foods, Hot breakfast items like from omelettes, sausage and biscuits, along with hot cereal with toppings, and cold cereal, juices, fruits and pastries etc. Employees regularly made sure there was plenty of food and coffee. We were a fairly large group so that was appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in and during our stay.

Only negative was construction being done on 3rd floor above us but it was apologized for in advance.

The location was good. It was nice to have coffee in the lobby all day. The bags of free chips were nice.

The water dispenser in the lobby was not cold. The rooms were too warm. The is no thermostat. The heater in the room was hard to control,making the room very warm. The breakfast was just ok. There were no plain eggs. Omelets with peppers. No pancakes or waffles. Bacon would have been better than turkey sausage. The mattress was not comfortable.

The staff was polite, accommodating, and ready to assist. The breakfast was pretty good. The omelettes were very delicious, and the pancakes were coming out with good taste and moisture. The staff were stoking all the time and cleaning. The bedroom was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The swimming pool had towels spread everywhere, I imagine it was the guests doing. However, the staff should be checking and fixing. The floor around the swimming pool had a lot of dangerous puddles. And the water was cold!

The staff were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was convenient having a free breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

It is a little outdated but the service and cleanliness out weigh the style. Although the free breakfast was a plus the cooked items were not too desirable yet there were many other options.

convenient location for what I came to Massachusetts for. Highway close by and there's a grocery store nearby as well as fast food restaurants (if you eat that stuff) :-) Hotel breakfast was decent (area was kept very clean and the lady in there was incredibly nice - wish i could remember her name)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay so that I can say there was not one facet of my stay that I didn't like! A heartfelt "Thank you" to the entire staff that was present on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025 to mid-morning on Monday, Jan. 27, 2025.

your basic buffet breakfast but it was hot. most times you will get something that is luke warm or even cold but during our stay the food was very good.

the parking lot was very cramped because they were installing EV chargers and the big trucks took up half of the parking!

Easily accessible from highway. Free breakfast and pool was enjoyable

Very dark in living room area. There was one window in bedroom. Bathroom floor was very slippery when stepping out of shower. I ended up using my beach towel to make a walkway. The pool area was very very slippery. Tiles should be replaced or slip strips put down. My hubby even being careful slipped and fell.

Clean and comfortable with easy in and out. I went for only one night for my birthday as a get away treat. Had provided amenities like shampoo conditioner and shower gel and easy walking distance from taco bell and like not even a minute drive from big y.

I loved the idea of the in shower mounted amenities, however i couldn't use them as i couldn't turn them to read the ingredients and have a severe coconut allergy. Tub was a little small and could barely hold water before the overflow tank took it
