I loved all of it! From the moment we arrived on the property to the time we drove away, it was the most enjoyable overnight stay I have ever had! Checking in was effortless, the room was immaculate, the property was clean, breakfast was amazing, and the inn-keepers were a joy to talk to! We even got a short tour of the building! They serve fresh eggs from their own chickens and make the food right in front of you! The room was very quiet and we could hear the TV at a low volume from across the room. I also appreciated that there was a small refrigerator as well as heat and A/C. The location is perfect because there is shopping just minutes down the road but it feels very separate from everything. The energy of the property was very positive and we felt very comfortable and plan to revisit!

I didn't like having to leave. Really, the only thing I would be able to comment about is the proximity to the road. It's literally just a few feet from the wall of the room we stayed in. But, there was very little noise from the passing vehicles, so it was very well insulated. I suppose I could also comment about the slight squeaking from the floor above as the other guests were moving about, but it wasn't loud enough to be an annoyance. It's just something we observed.

The hotel was so pretty! Our king room was spacious and very clean. The contact less check in was very convenient. We loved the breakfast and that it was made to order, the woman who cooked for us was very friendly too. We were right near many cool spots to check out and prices at local food were very reasonable.

We went during a snow storm and the driveway was poorly plowed/shoveled, but otherwise no complaints.

Before we even arrived (within minutes of our reservation, the owner called for clarification on an item!! When we arrived everything was read for us with not only instructions for our room, but a list of information about the area.

The suggestion I have is that maybe a Kurig for “after hours” coffee. There were home made pastries, tea & hot chocolate, but no coffee!

It’s a little beautiful Inn located in good residential community near to UMASS Amherst . The owners are nice people and since the hv just bought this property recently they hv done good job upgrading .

This is a nice, clean, extremely friendly facility. There is wi-fi (free, a good TV with access to cable premiums, and--upon request--ice with classes delivered to your room. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast looked good, but we preferred to sleep late.

The place has such a welcoming vibe to it. The owners and staff are really courteous. Very nice breakfast as well.

I just have this thing about entering my room from the outside. It would have been cool to be inside the main house but obviously they were booked.

Beautiful restored place- always a plus

The room could use a coffee maker so you don’t have to wait for breakfast- (I get up much earlier than my husband) and possibly a microwave for reheating leftover takeout- common when traveling. They did accommodate our request for ice.

The Inn has a seamless reservation, check in, and breakfast ordering process. I felt extremely at home and loved the cozy and very clean room we had. Best of all, the food at breakfast was fantastic!

Short overnight trip to see colleges, and this was great for the three of us. Easy parking, good food across the street, tasty breakfast, super clean and nicely appointed.
