The location is great with parking and shops close by. The personal very friendly, the Kitchenette was very useful and our beds were very comfortable. All linens & towels were spotless, clean and fresh. Breakfast a plus.

Sofa bed seating cushions were worn out not firm, I could feel the sofa frame while seating; 1st night shower gel bottle was empty and batteries were replaced in one thermostat and one TV remote control.

Breakfast was great, kid friendly. Pool was on the smaller side, but my kids had it to themselves both times we went and they loved it (would have loved a hot tub for the parents). Extremely clean, quiet and very comfortable. Kitchen in the room was a bonus. Very happy with our stay.

Staff at front desk was not welcoming at all, but she wasn’t rude or unfriendly.

I wouldn't recommend this as a romantic place to stay, but it is a great place to stay for a couple taking a romantic weekend getaway with the romantic day trips and events. It is situated in great location central to many beautiful areas. Staff was GREAT!

it was more money than i anticipated spending, but that might be more with my reality of the cost of hotel rooms. free breakfast was nice, but I would rather pay for higher quality food.

the front desk african american woman was RUDE. Then charged me for a service animal despite me telling her it was service animal. On the phone a person who named himself as asman? told me he cannot find my reservation and when I ask to speak to his supervisor he said he forgot her/his name.

The beds were comfy and the room was nice and big, we were surprised at how big the 2 queen bed studio was. We came up for Christmas shopping and the area was perfect for just that. So many stores and places to explore, great location to everything, Inglside, Yankee Candle, Vermont Country Store, even shopping just across the street.

We wanted to cook in the room to save money and we knew what to expect in terms of stove top and microwave. But, there weren't enough cooking utensils provided or tableware.

The room size was great, the facility was very clean, and the breakfast was greatly appreciated.

The current layout could use a door to separate the bathroom sink area from the rest of the room. It is not possible to let others sleep while using the sink. Also, can you make the workout facility a 24-hour one? While it is understandably a small workout room, it gets too crowded during current hours.

Location was excellent as it was just a few minutes from where we needed to go and very close to stores as well. Did not wake up on time for breakfast but the person at the reception was kind enough to offer us some items as they were just clearing out. The staff were really exceptionally nice and professional.

I wish this hotel had been here when my daughter was at UMass—we often stayed in Chicopee or Springfield! Rooms were ginormous, shower was too. Liked the fridge and kitchenette. Breakfast was good—plenty of options for vegetarians.

My friends got an “accessible” room that was super far from the elevator and which seemed to be way less accessible than mine (I had a nice big shower, they had a tub-shower). No idea why they didn’t complain!

I have a child at Hampshire College. This is the perfect place for me to stay when I visit. I will be back and I will stay here again. The room was wonderful! The staff was great! The location is perfect! Also love how close I am to stores etc

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean!, large comfortable room. Great, fun place to stay while visiting son at Amherst. Easy access to all amenities, food, shopping around the corner and across the street (but the hotel feels apart from the action in a good way). Very quiet. We did not hear a peep in our room.

A great breakfast is always a perk! On our 1st day the coffee was pretty good, the eggs and ham were excellent and then there is the yogurt, oatmeal, waffles etc. The 2nd day, the coffee was watery, the eggs were tasteless, the mushrooms looked great, but were tasteless and also watery and the oatmeal was runny. Yech! But on the last day, all good. The coffee was excellent! We really value good coffee. The eggs were actually seasoned, bacon crisp and not over cooked. Shaved almonds to add to the oatmeal was a plus. Tasty protein for the day. I would say that the Saturday person (day 2) needs a little coaching and encouragement.
