I loved how personable everyone was. It also felt safe and clean which is important as someone traveling alone.

I only had one uncomfortable moment. I brought my service dog to get breakfast in the morning. One of the employees managing the buffet looked directly at me and said "well I can't do anything about that" with an unpleasant tone. When another employee, who could not see us, asked for clarification, she said "a service dog." Being my first time at a hotel with my service dog, this made me uncomfortable and I did not go back for breakfast again.

Everyone I interacted with was happy and kind. My room was so clean, my bed was comfortable and big. We were able to fit my family of 4 including a pack and play with ease. Had a fridge for the baby’s milk! We loved breakfast and even with the location being under construction it still was clean and a lovely spot

The ac had a slightly musty smell when it first kicked in but it didn’t linger

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful! I like that it was clean, comfortable. I was surprised it had a pool. It was quite small but did the trick for a quick fun swim for my three kids at the end of the day. I liked for the kids that it had a breakfast w a waffle maker! The kids had such a good time

The property was clean, and in a good location. The breakfast and staff were especially wonderful. I even loved the bath products. Everything about our stay felt like such a treat!

Breakfast was very nice. I also appreciated that there was always hot coffee and tea available and some cookies and fruit upon arrival. Super comfortable bed, nice shower.

The walls were a bit thin it seemed, so it was very noisy in the early morning. Convenient location for travel, but not walking distance to the city or a pretty area. Surrounded by highway, shopping.

Very clean, room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good, staff friendly and courteous.

The price felt very high for the area we were in.

I loved the hospitality. Complimentary bottl s water, coffee , hot chocolate. I liked the coziness of the lobby. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for a quick grab and go.

Only complaint was the refrigerator in our room was making a very annoying noise that we had to unplug it.

Room was clean and comfortable, shower was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, overall great experience

Had a reservation for Saturday February 27th and needed an early check-in. Drove up from New Jersey and arrived before 1. The woman at the front desk understood our predicament but couldn't Promise us early check in. She was very kind and tried to help in any way. She offered us ways to get ready for our reception since we didn't have a room to get ready. She had a dozen other people with the same issue needing early check in and I could tell she was frustrated. Luckily our room was ready an hour later and we were able to hurry and get ready. We were very grateful and appreciative. The rest of staff was super kind as well. So thank you to all.
