The front desk staff was friendly and helpful! I like that it was clean, comfortable. I was surprised it had a pool. It was quite small but did the trick for a quick fun swim for my three kids at the end of the day. I liked for the kids that it had a breakfast w a waffle maker! The kids had such a good time

The property was clean, and in a good location. The breakfast and staff were especially wonderful. I even loved the bath products. Everything about our stay felt like such a treat!

Breakfast was very nice. I also appreciated that there was always hot coffee and tea available and some cookies and fruit upon arrival. Super comfortable bed, nice shower.

The walls were a bit thin it seemed, so it was very noisy in the early morning. Convenient location for travel, but not walking distance to the city or a pretty area. Surrounded by highway, shopping.

I loved the hospitality. Complimentary bottl s water, coffee , hot chocolate. I liked the coziness of the lobby. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for a quick grab and go.

Only complaint was the refrigerator in our room was making a very annoying noise that we had to unplug it.

Had a reservation for Saturday February 27th and needed an early check-in. Drove up from New Jersey and arrived before 1. The woman at the front desk understood our predicament but couldn't Promise us early check in. She was very kind and tried to help in any way. She offered us ways to get ready for our reception since we didn't have a room to get ready. She had a dozen other people with the same issue needing early check in and I could tell she was frustrated. Luckily our room was ready an hour later and we were able to hurry and get ready. We were very grateful and appreciative. The rest of staff was super kind as well. So thank you to all.

Staff were great! Breakfast was fabulous.! Everything was well stocked and clean. The location is great close to businesses and transportation. Facilities are beautiful and clean.

The breakfast was excellent and a good variety of healthy options. The hotel was an easy 15 minute drive to where we needed to visit. The staff were calm, helpful. I loved the pool, weight room, lobby area, business room. Our room was great. Beds were one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have had. My son's LOVED the people, atmosphere, facilities. Best part was the staff. We had a financial issue which we worked through with the Manager who was incredibly accommodating. My husband and I had an argument. My youngest son came and told a staff member and their response and help were amazing. All the staff during our stay were superb. Really friendly atmosphere. Like a family run non chain experience.

Bathroom water pressure and hot water a slight issue.

Close to the interstate so you can hear some noise from there.

The rooms are great and the food is always great. I have stayed here 2-3 times and always look forward to the breakfast!

Prices are a little high.

Overall, we had a good stay at Hampton Inn. The rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel provides coffee and breakfast.
