The location was close to Mount Snow. Breakfast was delicious! Easy to find and I love how the hotel is set back from the road, making it feel quiet and rural. I also loved the fire pit to hang out and enjoy a beer in the snow! The staff are incredibly friendly (Symphony checked us in). And I truly felt like a valued guest.

The WiFi signal was weak and we could not stream the basketball game. Consider offering smart TVs with streaming apps.

We were on the final night of a 3-day touring visit through New Hampshire and Vermont - we needed a hotel relatively close to Boston Logan airport in order to catch an afternoon flight to Dulles the next day - Brattleboro seem as a good place as anywhere in south Vermont to stay We choose the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites based on the above criteria, its price and its ease of access from/to the Interstate - we were very well satisfied with our choice! This Holiday Inn Express is a very nice hotel. The was some restoration of the hotel underway, but it did not impinge or affect the comfort of our stay. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance of this hotel - mostly fast food eating establishments (all from well-known brand names), together with a nearby ALDI supermarket. Breakfast was the standard hot American breakfast - provided to an acceptable standard. We would happily stay in this hotel again.

Loved the non dairy alternative milks in the fridge wish they was vegan option in hot bar like hash browns or sautéed veggies. No oatmeal which I usually enjoy the oatmeal bar but they had oatmeal cups which was fine.

I wish the staff told me there was a security deposit of $50 that would be charged and returned. No one told me and when I checked out I asked for a receipt but they said I should get one from my third party I booked with so I felt surprised when I saw an extra charge.

The service was good, breakfast was excellent and the attendant at breakfast was very helpful. The room was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

The first night the air conditioner was on all night and it was very cold but the issue was resolved the next day. The heater should had been checked before the room was given to us.

The public areas (lobby, breakfast room) were in a chaotic state due to major renovation work that was in progress, but given that situation, the staff did a good job keeping things running, with only minor inconveniences as a result. They said that all of the rooms had already been redone, and our room certainly bore that out, as everything in it seemed brand new, and it was very clean and very comfortable. All in all, it was a most pleasant stay, and I would return.

Safe property, clean, and updated. They have a pool which is nice, small workout area! Also. A huge breakfast. I advise to book through the hotel not a site, pay over $100.00 more than the price of the hotel actual cost. Never had a problem staying here and only stay here.

Breakfast was great...good choices. The whole staff was amazing, especially with the hotel under renovation. Great signage about that and enthusiastic support encouraged. Very clean, comfortable room, nice bedding, too.

I don't understand why my last night there out of 5 was a higher price. I had difficulty figuring out how to stream my subscription channels to the TV. Really dont like watching live commercial TV.

The place was recently renovated with a style of design that felt fresh and contemporary. Even the hotel art was decent! It was a wonderful place for families.

It was great having breakfast at the hotel. They had all the standards - bacon, eggs, cereal, pancakes etc. but the products could have been higher quality. They should get some local Vermont maple syrup in the mix!

It was a very pleasant hotel in a nice location. Nice pool, clean, fresh and comfortable. We had a nice stay.

I detest American hotel breakfast practices of throway plastic forks, knifes, paper plates etc at Breakfast. For these hotel chains to claim green and them send mountains of plastic waste to landfill is reprehensible. This practice is just not acceptable anymore.

Staff was polite, happy and helpful. Breakfast service was excellent. Room was great. Front desk folks were the best. My grandkids loved the pool. I couldn't believe how friendly the staff was throughout my two+ day stay.
