The Holiday Inn in Keene is always my first choice when staying in Keene. The staff is pleasant, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The beds are comfortable, and you always have plenty of space for what you need. The shower's hot water works well, and the refrigerator is always a welcome plus!

This didn't really bother me, but it might impact other people. During the morning, if the hotel is busy, you can hear the stomping of other guests in the hustle and bustle. To be fair though, it was a holiday weekend when I stayed. You may want a bed on the upper floor if you're a light sleeper.

Checking in was great and our room was very clean

We had a brief emergency in our room, but the front desk staff person (this was nighttime - midnight) was not very responsive to the situation or to my daughter when she came down to meet paramedics.

This hotel was quiet, close to everything, and the staff were great. I had everything I needed for my stay and didn’t feel like I was paying for extra frills that I didn’t need. My room was clean and comfortable and as a single woman traveler I felt safe. I didn’t take advantage of the workout facilities, pool, or free breakfast, but I appreciate it snowing there were there and would most likely use them next time.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the actual road it was on. The location area-wise was great, but the road itself was near the end of an access road and going back to the hotel at night meant it was a little dark in the parking lot. However, I just parked near a light and made a quick entrance to the hotel through the side door and didn’t have any trouble.

location easy to get to and plenty around it and close to the downtown area which is wonderful.. Breakfast was awesome, fresh blueberries in pancakes, egg whites omelets, and almond milk offered and gf items as well as standard items, lots of options and variety. The employers were great, i would mention their name but no name tags to give a shout out to. the guy at check in was helpful with local info and the woman running the breakfast shift by herself was great and very friendly. room was very clean and bed was comfy.

Only 2 issues, we had room on first floor down by pool and gym and exit door, so all night long we heard the door slamming so did not get a good night's rest and there was a slight smell in hallway, we think from the pool area.

The hotel was under maintenance, they were remodeling part of the building but even that wasn’t a problem to offer us a great customer service and excellent stay! Thank you!

Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and pool were an added bonus as well as on-site pay to use washers & dryers.

Comfortable bed, nice pool and exercise room. The location is great for us. And good laundry facilities.

We stay at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and unfortunately the breakfast this time at this location was substandard.

The front desk took good care of me when I got there and they had no information on my reservation. Apparently information from Booking.com was not sent.

It was a bit embarrassing standing around for 15 minutes in front of family and friends that were all there for a wedding at 4pm check-in was at 3pm 30 minutes away. All there information was right there when they arrive.

Quiet and efficient AC unit, clean, good channel selection on the tv, decent size fridge

I prefer a different style shower head, the pressure was great but the water streams are a little bit too far apart for my liking.
