The staff were beyond welcoming. Front desk staff Melissa, went above and beyond to accommodate me after a few failed attempts to access the room I booked. She upgraded me at no additional cost; she had a colleague accompany me to make sure I had no issues with the door again. There was another employee who worked second shift who was also accommodating to me as I had issues with room above me making so much noise I thought they were going to come through the ceiling. She offered to change my room and checked in with me which was nice. I would definitely stay here again because of the staff.

The breakfast provided a variety of options which was appreciated. It would have been beneficial to also have non-dairy or lactose-free choices available.

I observed that there were periods during which the front desk was unattended. While I understand that staff may have been occupied in the back office, I suggest ensuring that there is a presence at the front desk, particularly during later evening hours.

I picked the property in part because of the pool. The comfort and cleanliness was excellent of our room. I booked a room that was for accessible as I am disabled and the bars on tub and near the toliet were very helpful.

The pool was closed. I booked the property in part because it has a pool. I do exercises for Physical therapy and being on vacation I like to keep up my pool routine that I do twice a week at a wellness center at home. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed my entire stay of 3 nights and 4 days.

Hotel is in a neatly good shape. Could not complain about anything that is to be expected. And it was surprisingly silent, like really new hampshire silent :)

Hotel pool was out of duty. But lady at the front desk offered us to use the one at best western across the road. which was spacious and empty so we enjoyed it by ourselves. Could not complain about that either.

The space was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was really not very good, although the staff was great. The microwave and refrigerator in the room were very cheap and difficult to use. The price was surprisingly high, although there may have been a graduation the weekend we visited. That is not why we were in Keene, however.

Exceptionally clean

Breakfast was not great. Omelets were tasteless. One flavor of yogurt. Bread was dry and stale. C+ I’ve been to other Hampton Inns in New England and the breakfast was great so this was a disappointment.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I know it's a young hotel, but beautiful!! I like the modern technology where there's both receptacles and USB ports around the TV and drawers. Convenient. Overall the beds were comfy and room was quiet even though there was construction across the street.

There should be receptacles on both sides of the beds since everyone charges their cell phones and the bed near the window didn't have any. Also, I sleep with a CPAP and had to run an extension cord from the middle of the beds to run my machine and charge phone. None of us liked the eggs or sausage. Eggs tasted fake and the sausages were bland. Candy and the little food section quite expensive.

Very clean. Hotel rooms were super nice .. loved how spacious they were. Pool was nice … water was cold. I wish there was a jacuzzi!! Breakfast was great. Coffee could have been better. Staff was sooo nice and friendly!

Just wish there was a Jacuzzi and better coffee!!

Melissa Morgan (Operations Manager) did a great job accomodating a few special requests that we had, and her front desk team was very professional and positive.

Nothing stood out as negative.

I really can't say enough how much we loved the Hampton in Keene! Very clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast included was varied with hot and cold choices, definitely a delightful step up from the usual. We loved the fitness center. Location is super convenient for a quick shopping run.

A little more expensive than I would prefer but definitely worth the extra. Great mini vacation treat yourself feel!
