This hotel staff went over and above what we have EVER experienced with any hotel in the way of communication and accomodations. They reached out days prior to our reservations just to see if they could assist with anything. Not only that, but I asked if they could possibly accommodate me with a small cup of distilled water for my C-pap. Makayla said she would see what she could do. Our flights were delayed numerous times which resulted in us not arriving to hotel under 3am. When we entered room, there was an entire gallon of distilled water AND when we offered to pay, they refused. I was blown away that they took such concern for their customers.

That we only stayed one night.

The hotel is a fabulous landmark, with many interesting touches that make it so much more than a place to crash overnite. Each room has a record player, and there are hundreds of records in you room, in the lobbies and landings, etc. So many obscure recordings from the mid 1900s! The artwork and craftsmanship in the lobby and the theatre are definitely worth a perusal.

Our bathroom had no towel racks.

There was no breakfast, but the Hotel and Theater were both wonderful. We like old, as long as it is kept up. Latchis is beautifully managed, and the staff was terrific.

Wish our room had more antiques rather than modern, but the staff plans to put the older items on a select floor.

Very pleasant, great location

I would of liked 2 things: Spanish channel in TV, xifinity has Spanish channel but it was not available The other thing is bars in the bath tub I felt very unsafe Other than this is was a great experience

Location terrific to the stores downtown- front desk lovely check in person- very clean-bed very comfortable- nice touch with the turntable and vinyls

Very samll easy fix- just more/bigger wastebasket but otherwise A+

Latchis is a keeper for sure. Staff is always so kind, the new beds are very comfortable, and the location right in the center of Brattleboro is perfect. Being here felt like traveling in a time machine to another era, which is extra appreciated at this current moment lol. Very cool place

There was a neat nostalgic flair to the hotel. Comfortable beds, cool retro bathroom, nice staff. There were many fine restaurants that were close, and walking to them was easy.

Traffic noise and loud train noises might bother some people

Excellent location, cool old building, and friendly staff.

We had a nice view, but the windows were filthy and we couldn’t even see out of one.

The art deco feel. The old theatre being respected in every corner. The record player was delightful. Location can’t be beat.

The location was amazing & the staff was super helpful. The room & decor were fun too.
