I discovered the window in my room was open. The closing mechanism was stripped and the window could not close and lock. Outside the window was a roof that could be reached from the ground. Very unsecure to say the least.

The room was very pricy from my previous experience staying in Keene, NH. I discovered that all the hotels had the same pricing. This leads me to believe there is possibility of price fixing. $238/ night is a very high cost for a hotel room in rural NH. I had to be there for a family funeral.

Such kind, warm staff. The breakfast was excellent! The bathrooms were immaculately clean. The lobby area was especially inviting; the fireplace was so attractive and the furniture was comfortable. The decor was thoughtfully and tastefully selected. The shower pressure was awesome!

I prefer a firm pillow to support my neck; the pillows were too soft and kept flattening out as I tried to sleep. I tossed and turned badly the first night as a result, but I was able to use one of the decor items to provide me the support I needed. That was the one uncomfortable aspect of the room. The other thing I would have preferred was better lighting; it was dark in the evening, even with all the lamps turned on. I am a huge fan of light and brightness, especially because I wanted to read. That's just my preference.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We loved the downstairs rooms for traveling with pets since they have a sliding door that opens directly outside.

Both weekends the exterior hotel door on the end of rooms in the 150 range did not work. A rock was put in the door to keep it open the entire time. This is a security issue and needs to be repaired.

Check-in lady was fantastic! The breakfast crew was also incredibly attentive. Common areas and room were clean. Location is central to everything we needed.

Bathroom in 118 smells strongly of mildew. I ran the vent most of the time we were there. Bed was comfortable but sags pretty hard when you get on. My kids thought it was hilarious when they would slid to the side a little when I laid down. Price for this weekend was exorbitant, but I do know it isn't the regular, so I assume there was some event filling up the area.

Staff was great. Very friendly, accomodating. Hotel is clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Less money than the chain we normally pick that rhymes with blampton bin... and it's basically the same thing, but with a bigger TV, and comfier bed. We'll definitely return. Room for improvement: toiletries in bathroom. Those basically suck so be sure to bring your own.

I didn't go to the restaurant because of negative reviews of the restaurant. It would have been nice if the exercise room was available 24/7 I wish the pool area had a whirlpool or sauna.

The wonderful lady (Lori) at your breakfast station was exceptional! You can tell she enjoys her job. She was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. We stayed 3 nights. Also, the lady at check in after 4pm on Sunday (8-13) was very nice! She made our check in very enjoyable!

It stated that check in was 2pm. When we got there at 2:10pm our room was not ready. That was ok as we went over to my sister's house to wait. But the lady at the counter was very unpleasant. It seemed that she was annoyed with us. I had contacted the hotel a few days before to get a cot for the room. When I mentioned this to her she stated nothing was noted, so we would probably not get a cot! Her attitude was not very good. Not a good first impression for your guests.

This Place was Cleanest we have stayed in a long time. Also The Staff was very Friendly. Breakfast was The best we have seen in a long time More than just cereal and toast. Lori went above and beyond to make sure the tables were clean and Breakfast bar was full of food.I give Her a 5 Star Review.

What I liked about the BW was how clean and updated the hotel room was; the hotel staff was very helpful and was eager to answer any questions we had.

What I didn't like was the morning breakfast selection, it could have been improved upon. The eggs looked like they were processed, not fresh; heated up and served.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of breakfast items to choose from. The hotel was clean. Went to the pool and it was very relaxing. All staff where very friendly and kind.

There was nothing that I would change about this stay. All staff where very kind. All the facilities where clean. When I am back in Keene this would be a hotel that I would recommend. It was worth what I paid for it.
