I work in Springfield and needed to be in town for 3 days, I chose residence inn to have a kitchen area which was great. The location was close by (8-15 minutes) which was nice. The suite itself was very spacious. I used the fire pit one night to read a book and it was relaxing. Always love a hotel with breakfast included!!

Had to cut over quickly from the highway to take a U turn to get to the hotel which was a little annoying but cant really change that easily. My room had a really loud air conditioner or something hidden behind a locked door, it only turned on once in a while but it was louder than I would expect. Might not be good if there are kids or anyone sensitive to loud noises while trying to sleep. Im sure not all the rooms have it! A little pricey for 2 nights but still the more inexpensive option over graduation weekend in the West Springfield/Springfield area!

Location was pretty good although easy to miss when driving. Room was pretty clean but not spotless. One of the bathrooms was run down and not overly clean. Couch was incredibly uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. Kitchen was very clean and very well stocked with everything you might need.

I liked the kitchens in the unit as well as the lobby area and breakfast.

The location was not stellar. You drove down what looked like a deserted road full of potholes to get to the hotel. I also thought the price was high for what we got.

Location was great and the pool and outside seating was nice

The room could have been cleaner, there was food left in the cabinet, dirty socks in the closet and the kitchen cabinet handles were very sticky. Also the couch was very uncomfortable

Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved that the showers had great water pressure. Over all very nice property

Unfortunately my room I booked months ago was given up to someone else. I wasn’t too pleased about that so I ended up over paying.

The bed was almost as comfortable as my own! The rooms were well appointed and spacious with ample light and charging stations. The pool was just the right temperature, and size to allow multiple families to use it at once.

Location was nice and central, rooms were clean, staff was superb. Breakfast was OK.

The only thing I really did not like was that there was a bathtub and showercurtain... As a European that really feels like the 90's and we're about 20 years ahead now!

Rooms were not very clean. And things were not well maintained. Remote had no back on it, taps dripped, felt rundown.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay.

The pool water was freezing. Definitely not a heated pool.
