Bathroom wasn't cleaned good and not stocked completely

Room temp good. King bed comfortable. Room amenities good. Location good. Saturday daytime desk clerk excellent. Complimentary breakfast was nice and provided items were good.

Ottoman is wore out--needs to be replaced. Safety item noted and told to Sunday daytime desk clerk but not very responsive. Shower curtain rod is not fixed solid to wall, it's only laying loose on top of shower stall.. It fell on my wife during her shower but fortunately it did not hit her head when it fell down. Maintenance needs to fix this before someone gets hurt. Also, when my wife got her shower circa 10:00 pm water temperature was luke warm at best. When I showered around midnight there was ample hot water. Maybe a mechanical problem, maybe supply exceeded demand at 10:00 pm? Parking lot being nearly full suggests hotel was pretty full Saturday evening. Our room number was 216.

Visiting family for Christmas so the location was perfect. The staff was meh'. They made no attempt to welcome you and being an environment services manager and have worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, this was disappointing. However the room was clean but the bed was a disaster. I can tell you after a 13 hour drive I had hoped to get a good night's sleep. That didn't happen the entire 6 nights we were there. The beds should be thrown out and replaced. So uncomfortable. The bathroom lights were out. Only 1 of 3 bulbs worked and the mini fridge needed to be defrosted in a big way. The window from our room was in need of some serious cleaning and repairs. Complete haze/fog from moisture in-between the glass pane. The Continental breakfast was decent although all we grabbed was some juice and a muffin. They had eggs, meat, bread, and a waffle maker. It's a smoke free hotel but almost every employee you ran into was standing at the front door smoking so be prepared for a smoke cloud when you enter. All in all it was ok as we really only spent the nights there as we were here to visit family but in the future, I'd probably stay somewhere else unless updates were done. I will add that the lady doing breakfast was the most pleasant employee we came across so kudos to her for rockin' the customer service!!

Nice hotel. Clean and staff very friendly. Room was clean. Had fridge and microwave. Cleaned our room everyday. Never had a problem with anything.Nice to stay for an night or several days..Beds were comfortable and nice size rooms. We will definitely be back if we are in this area again. Right off the highway. Breakfast was good also They had a good choice. Sausage, Eggs and Waffle Maker and other things like bagels, bread, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice and cereal. Located next to a Cracker barrel which we went to, we walked right there its located right behind the hotel. Also we went Sophia's across the street. Very good. I had the chicken parmesan and my husband had a sandwich. Everything was very good and nice variety everything from wraps, burgers, pizza and pasta dinners. Theres a little shopping plaza across from the hotel. There's a dry cleaners, subway, etc if you need anything.

the price, have stayed at Comfort Imn twice a year, the last four years. This year's the price increase was beyond excessive. Guess it's the great Biden economy hit Comfort Inn. Near by hotels didn't increase their prices this much.

The room was cozy and always warm. We stayed during the snow storm and had everything we needed! The breakfast was good, could make some improvements on selections but all in all we enjoyed our time.

The jacuzzi tub was dirty and paint was chipping off the inside.

Good location, easy access from interstate. Next to Cracker Barrel, directly across road from very good Italian/Greek restaurant. Comfortable bed, clean room.

2 of 3 vanity lights in bathroom were out, and overhead bathroom light almost shot. Made the place feel a bit neglected and shoddy.

Everything! We stay here a lot when in the area. Love the staff, the rooms are super spacious, always clean and very comfortable. The area is very safe and well lit and there’s a Cracker Barrel 100 feet away! Could life get any better?

Very pleased with my stay. Front desk employee had a great attitude very up beat. I didn't need help with my luggage however, staff did offer to help. Was appreciated. Will definitely be sharing experience with friends and family.

Breakfast was good but they frequently ran out of some items

Had to frequently ask for housekeeping to service the room. Had to go to the front desk to get linens.
