This hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers like myself. It features a nice bar/restaurant offering dining and breakfast options, and is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Bradley Airport. The hotel also boasts a fitness center and a convenience store for added convenience.

I'm a Bonvoy member, though I don't have many points since I'm not particularly loyal to Marriott. I tend to stay opportunistically, choosing Marriott when it's the best option rather than always trying to accumulate points. Despite this, I was charged for internet access, which feels like an outdated money-making tactic from the early 2000s. It wasn't even for superfast Wi-Fi, just regular usage. Had I known, I wouldn't have connected to the network at all.

I didn’t like the dusty walls and vents the handprints on the mirrors the door, stains in the carpet, dirty baseboards, mirror lights in the bathroom starting to rust from never being cleaned shower sink drainage was slow. Also need a new coffee pot the one in the room Was so old. The elevator dirty, and the doors stained and rusted looking.

I liked the room, size, cleanness

I didn't like the breakfast, no choice gir gluten-free or dairy free diet. I wouldn't need it, just listen to a women sitting next to us.The waitress wasn't very helpful and I think annoyed by the question. Very disappointing

The restaurant aesthetic was nice, and my server tried to be accommodating.

The $25 breakfast offered was buffet, the equivalent breakfast that is free at other establishments. The food was cold and poorly presented. They had run out of food items and the overall service was lacking.

It was a beautiful package... breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean fitness center and swimming pool. Very friendly and courteous staff. The Hotel is just off the highways and is not far from the shopping center or malls.

The food level was not good, all basic food , the swiming pool was not clean especially after it got used by alot of kids

It's a good hotel in a handy position.

The fact that breakfast was not included. The only possibility was at the restaurant where we spent 50$ (tips not included) for one and an half buffet breakfast.

The Hall for our program dancing on the carpet was risky. My room the carpet some areas on the bed side was sticky. So far that is my concern

The entire lobby area and bar is beautiful

Felt like the elevators needed a revamp and found the bed was not made properly and seemed wrinkled

Forgot breakfast came with stay

Front desk staff at checkout unpersonable, night shift much more friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic
