The room was very clean and spacious & the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet even with the number of guests that were staying there for several events. The breakfast was very good & The staff was very pleasant Thank you for making this trip a memorable one & my 1st pick if we ever need to book again. I didn't even think to take photos or videos.

The swimming pool wasn't as deep or as big as my girls had expected. They Love to swim which I why I chose this particular Hotel,the others didn't have one or was closed. But, it served it's purpose.😊

The hotel and room were very clean. I loved the Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The bathroom was huge, safe shower with hand rails, a comfy couch and living area, a desk, plenty of storage space, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, and blow dryer. We didn't go there by choice, bad weather forced our stay, but staying there made everything much better.

The room was freezing, but the thermostat allowed me to make the room more comfortable. I wish the hotel had somewhere to eat nearby, 1 to 2 miles in a car is close, but on foot it's very far. Can't really complain the hotel was great!

Excellent homemade omelets; & plenty of other choices. Loved that food & coffee available all day. Very clean. Well staffed & all staff were pleasant, friendly; especially the woman who made breakfast & gentleman (manager?) at desk. They made it seem much more personal & welcoming. The location is handy & parking easy. Gas station & restaurants nearby, as is airport & highway. AC worked well.

Some of the carpeting ( especially elevator) could be replaced. A little bit dated sofa with a few stains. Very noisy through door/ people in hallway easily heard; luckily things quieted down at a ready hour.

We stayed this past weekend. We loved that they had a selection of warm breakfast every morning. Elaine (I believe that was her name) did an amazing job keeping up with making sure there was plenty of food available. My son loved the pancake machine. He was upset when someone left a pancake unattended and jammed the machine.

The pool was quite small. We expected it to be larger. Only about 10 people can fit in the pool

I was particularly impressed by the gentleman who checked us in. He was friendly, informative, and helpful. Nothing is like a welcoming greeting to set the tone for a stay. We also appreciated the long term parking arrangement in which we paid to leave our car at the hotel while we were traveling.

The room was almost too big and lacked a warm decor; also the automated window shade did not shut completely to keep out light. Overall the room was functional and adequate.

The staff was very nice, polite and professional. Raymond was very helpful to us, getting us a trash bag for all the garbage thst accumulated with three kids. The front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were vey friendly. We will certainly be back.

Maybe have bigger trash cans in the rooms or more than two in a room with two beds and sofa.

We were pleasantly pleased with how clean the room and hotel was!

We were told we couldnt have late check out and could wait in lobby in the morning. While waiting we saw several other guests check out late. While in the lobby after it was cleaned the lights were turned off, there was no tv on. It would have been nice to have the lights kept on and the tv on. But otherwise, our stay was great!

Our plan was to leave our car and stay overnight on our return. The reservation person did not know the details; he hardly was understandable, couldn’t understand what I was saying or what we wanted. He couldn’t understand our reservation was for the next month. He even stated the shuttle bus would cost us $35 !! As it was—it took over a half hour to arrive; I asked three times if he called for a shuttle service! and no—it was free! …Totally unqualified to be behind a counter…. As the line of people was being longer and out the entrance, many rolled their eyes as they heard the conversation. On our return, the gentleman now behind the counter was very courteous and prompt. The stay overnight was very nice.

We stayed in a room that was a king bed suite. It was a large space and the bed was very comfortable. I liked having an option for pillow firmness. For breakfast there was a good variety. I was very happy to see sausage gravy and biscuits, one of my favorites, that I don’t see in hotels very often. Dove shampoo, conditioner and soaps are provided in the bathroom which is a nice touch.

The elevator is really slow, but minor issue compared to overall stay.

I was to get a morning wake up which did not happen because of this I almost missed my plane. I requested a shuttle pick up and I asked a the desk if the shuttle was on its way and the desk person told me I was not on the pick up list. The shuttle arrived and I arrived at the airport on time thanks to the shuttle driver
