The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The food served in the restaurant tasted pretty good.

Somewhat overpriced food in the restaurant, but that's to be expected when traveling. Also the pool room had a sign on the door stating it was "permanently" closed. Not exactly a deal breaker as we were only staying for one night but still unfortunate.

I was especially delighted to find hot coffee waiting for me when I checked in. It was such an unexpected pleasure after we travelled in the pouring rain all day from Pittsburgh! We didn’t have to run out again to search down a cup of coffee. Many thanks for that!

I love the room location facing the airport in a distance with the ability to see planes landing and taking off without the noise...it's just peaceful and serene!

We didn't like the fact that for so much money which has gone up from 4 mths ago tremendously the dinner isn't included, many tasty choices but the price doesn't support the dish size. We ended up going to a restaurant up the street spent half of what it would've cost at the hotel restaurant and we had leftovers...

Wasn't there for breakfast, it would have cost me 14 dollars, most places it's included..room was comfortable as was the bed..it's worth the money if you have business locally, in house bar and restaurant.

It was very welcoming, close to hospital. Lit parking lot, restaurant on site.

I did think the cook could be a little better.

everyone was so nice and courteous. the property was very convenient to where I needed to be.

the bathroom had a terrible smell in it almost like a mildew smell. I sprayed Lysol, cleaned everything myself and it still stunk something awful.

The breakfast was delicious and the service was delightful.

I wish I could have gotten a later checkout since I am a Hilton Honors member, but since it was a holiday I understood demand likely was high.

The staff was great had an issue at check in with booking.com but front desk resolved it quickly.

My issue was only with booking.com they did not send all my information over to the hotel So I was charged twice because the hotel did not see I had paid already.

The mattress was super comfortable.

There was what I thought a very high charge for breakfast. It seems to me that when you pay $130 per night for a room, breakfast could be provided at least at a minimal charge. Hotels that charge much less per night provide free breakfast.

location was neatest to the airport for me

rented AC units in the main lobby were too noisy when attempting to order food at bar/ grill on first floor.
