1 night was booked outside of this hotel and because we did that we weren't given breakfast vouchers for the next morning.

When you reserve a room fir 3 you should get enough towels and washcloths for 3 not 2. Shocked there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. For what you pay for the rooms there should be one in the rooms. Had to throw food away because we had no place to keep it cold.

The buffet was adequate and there was limited staff but he was trying his best to accommodate all.

The coffee table top had not been cleaned in a while. While the bathroom was clean it was hard to maneuver the door around the toilet -- seemed like the door should have been smaller or the toilet farther away perhaps...............

Great location near the airport. Quite nice hotel well organized, friendly staff.

The rooms should be cleaned better and everywhere even behind the furniture and in the bathroom, and the pool should be heated and cleaned, there were hairs in the water, cold water and very dated toilets.

Everything was clean and it smell great the minute you walked in. Rooms were very clean and bed were very comfortable. The restaurant there had delicious food and customer service at the restaurant gets an A+.

The room had no microwave. There was one microwave by the elevator that I guess everyone had to share. Also that we weren't able to laugh in our own room. There was a Karen who made a noise complaint on us when all we were doing was laughing. No music on, no loud TV, no arguments, no liquor involved (NOTHING) just genuine laughter and conversations. At the end of the day when I rent a room for leisure is to relax, unwine and enjoy my time off work. Honestly for the amount we paid for one night... laughing should no have been an issue. Going back and forth with a staff in the hallway was ridiculous (for laughing) I'm sorry for how that Karen felt but I'm not sorry for laughing and enjoying my night. That's what we paid for.

Convenient to the airport. Shuttle was quick, staff were friendly, restaurant in the hotel was convenient after a long day of flying.

I think my room was over a ballroom/convention room. There was loud singing for a while, but it got quiet before bed. Then the folks in that room were loud in the hall, but it was only for a short time.

Guests were pleased with the comfort of the rooms and beds.

Pool under maintenance and closed. Also, a gift basket went to the wrong room and never recovered. This included a gift card.

This hotel was in a great location, nice restaurants near by. Very nice, clean and quiet. Staff was amazing. Room was clean, dove soap was a bonus. Definitely would book again.

There’s was nothing to not like. My stay was great.

The staff are so friendly and warm. I really feel at home. Special appreciation to the shuttle drivers who offer terrific service, tips about the area, etc. - real service with a smile!

I did not like the fact that the location would not take cash upon check-in. I have never had a problem before paying cash for my room up front and putting the incidentals deposit on my card. This was a huge inconvenience and almost caused us not to stay. There was nothing online or anything posted at the hotel that gave travelers this information.
