Location close to the airport. The breakfast was amazing. I loved the little egg quiches. It started at 6 o’clock, which allowed me to eat before I went to the airport.

The rooms were tiny and a little outdated, but the price is about $100 less than other locations

location is very good. breakfast needs more variety, especially fruit and something besides white bread. We were upgraded in our room. Bed was very comfy

Everything! The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean . The people at the front desk were so nice and helpful. And the breakfast had options for vegetarians/vegans! Very accommodating for people with dietary restrictions

The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and 3 minutes from the Hartford Bradley CT airport. It exceeded my expectations because they upgraded me to a suite.

I wish i could have stayed for breakfast but i had an early morning flight. The bag breakfast was kind but could have been better.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The chef made sure to greet everyone and make sure they were happy and had everything they needed. Was a great time.

The room was splendid. I spent the previous night in a sketchy Motel 6 in Albany. I decided to spend a bit more for a nice room at the Fairfield last night. My only regret was that I had to leave at 5:30 in the morning; I would have liked to have lived there longer!

I wish the price had been lower by about 30 bucks--but it was a very nice room. I wish the front desk had a scale for weighing luggage. (I drove out to Walmart and bought one for $10. Why not buy one, Fairfield? The next time a customer asks: there you go!)

The location was good since it was less that 10 minutes to the airport.

Everything was good, I was a little unsure about public transportation to the mall, however, it was a short time so this was not necessary.

I booked with Bookings and when I got there at 1:00am, I was told by the receptionist that I'd no reservation and would need to pay

Breakfast was good I would have liked a glass of water. I had to buy a bottle of water to take my morning medicine. But it was good

I stayed in 343 and the room was very noisy. I do not know what the humming was all night but I think the person that stayed next to me kept their bathroom light on and the Vent ran all night. IT was pretty loud in my room. I think that is what it was. I checked my room and could not find anything on.

Breakfast was good although a bit crowded. Seating was a bit tight but other than that, it was good.
