Location close to the airport. The breakfast was amazing. I loved the little egg quiches. It started at 6 o’clock, which allowed me to eat before I went to the airport.

The rooms were tiny and a little outdated, but the price is about $100 less than other locations

The fact I was dialed and I was put in room 201. Farthest one from entrances long way when you’re using a walker and have luggage. Bathrooms sink not working.

Everything! The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean . The people at the front desk were so nice and helpful. And the breakfast had options for vegetarians/vegans! Very accommodating for people with dietary restrictions

The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and 3 minutes from the Hartford Bradley CT airport. It exceeded my expectations because they upgraded me to a suite.

I wish i could have stayed for breakfast but i had an early morning flight. The bag breakfast was kind but could have been better.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The chef made sure to greet everyone and make sure they were happy and had everything they needed. Was a great time.

The room was splendid. I spent the previous night in a sketchy Motel 6 in Albany. I decided to spend a bit more for a nice room at the Fairfield last night. My only regret was that I had to leave at 5:30 in the morning; I would have liked to have lived there longer!

I wish the price had been lower by about 30 bucks--but it was a very nice room. I wish the front desk had a scale for weighing luggage. (I drove out to Walmart and bought one for $10. Why not buy one, Fairfield? The next time a customer asks: there you go!)
