The comfort and shuttle service; we were only staying a few hours overnight between a late arrival at the airport and a very early departure. The shuttle driver was right on time for our 5:30 a.m. check out.

No grab-and-go breakfast for early departures. I imagine most of their business is from the airport, so why not?

EVERYONE was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and modernized. The room was clean. We had a fridge and microwave, how great was that! We were next to a good restaurant. The location was perfect!

I prefer chair height toilets and shower stalls instead of a tub; however, that's really minor.

Beds/sheets were nice and clean. TV was big. The room is a good size, Continental breakfast had a nice variety and clean set-up.

Nothing that would keep me from staying again but the elevators were a little dirty and the bathroom had a vent but no switch to turn it on which we thought was a little strange.

Even though "construction" was going on you wouldn't even know. Easy access to highway, close to food and shopping.

Upkeep in the pool area lacked a little bit. When we came down for breakfast at 940 (ends at 10) the worker was taking everything away and not bringing anything out. So we had toast, cereal and juice to choose from. Breakfast is till 10, that's when you should start to clean up, not 20 minutes before

Friendly staff, clean updated hotel & spotless warm pool & whirlpool. Our daughter loved the hot cocoa bar. Thank you, we will be back.

The check in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and filled with nice amenities. Great selection at the continental breakfast provided. We did ask for an extra blanket. It was brought up already warmed up. Was very pleased with their attention to customer comfort.

Was only there as a stop over on our drive to our destination. Did not have any dislikes

Real close to the airport. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant & helpful.

The breakfast food wasn’t great & the woman who was refilling the buffet kept giving me & my *service* dog dirty looks. If she was curious she would/could have smiled. My dog had his vest on & is EXTREMELY well behaved too so there was no reason to look at us that way.

We were taken back by the shuttle service. We were transported from the airport after turning in our rental car. Then shuttled to a restaurant for dinner and back. Finally shuttled to the airport for our flight. The shuttle drivers were incredible.

Loved location very accessible to highway and airport, view from room was great room faced back of property viewing trees skyline and lawn. grounds clean. Breakfast was good and fresh. variety. changing the way they do the eggs each day and the type of breakfast meat available is great. shuttle service from the airport. Drivers were pleasant and just very kind and helpful. Front desk staff were awesome. The shuttle service the following morning took me to the rental car company and waited to be sure all was ok until I got my car.

Room was very clean but had somewhat of a slight musty smell.

Farther away from airport than anticipated. Room clean, useable, but bath had several loose fittings. Fixed head shower (no wand). Didn’t eat there as no breakfast offered
