The price, location, comfortable beds, and cleanliness

I was given a room I requested not to have due to the noisy refrigerator. The gentleman working at the desk told me the refrigerator was FIXED. I asked if I could have a different room. He said that the manager told him to give me that room as it was a NEW refrigerator. I agreed. Refrigerator was not fixed or new. I called and spoke with the manager the following day. They know me as I stay there frequestly. She said she did not ask the clerk to give me the room and she apologized.

Convenient location to airport and they provide shuttle services to the airport by a private vehicle and employee of the property

While it appears updates are on going the floor in my room either was improperly installed or needs to be replaced. Large gaps in between the boards could cause injuries. The vanity light could also be replaced as it is starting to show rust spots. Either the AC unit needs maintenance or the Mimi fridge needs to be repaired as one of those units was very loud in its cycles. Just not what I expected from a Days Inn or Wyndham property

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle came very promptly to pick me up at airport. I enjoyed my one night stay. Receptionists and drivers were super nice. The room was clean and I got a good night's sleep prior to leaving early in the morning. Would stay here again.

Loved waking up and having breakfast and coffee while watching the airplanes and so did my grandsons. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a nice chat with the grounds keeper while he was taking care of the flowers.

One side of the hotel was a mess with liquor bottles (which did get cleaned). There was smell of cat urine when passing by a couple of rooms on the 2nd floor by room 236.⁹

I have come here many times for work and pleasure. Front desk people are always amazing, I forgot her name, I believe she is Jamaican or western African. Every time I come she is always lovely and a delight.

Breakfast can have more variety. It’s okay clean not super clean but with the price you’re paying it is enough

The hallway was a little run down. Our first room smelled of cigarettes. We asked for a new room. The new room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

It seemed a bit rundown. Our room was fine.

Clean, accommodating, comfy, private, quiet. Nice quick stay before an early morning flight and it was everything I needed

My literal ONLY complaint is that the pillows on the bed were tiny as heck. But they gave you 4 so it kinda made it better. Not even a real complaint tbh it didn’t bother me much

We only stayed there for one night while on our way from Maryland to Maine. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was right.

The hotel is pretty old, but there's nothing to complain about at that price point.

Close to the airport.

Our room had rust stains on the floor in the bathroom and on the tub floor itself. The room is a little dated. That being said, we have stayed in other rooms here that have been much better so maybe it was just that room. It’s for an overnight and the price was great.

The staff, especially the airport shuttle folks were very accommodating, and friendly.

Bathroom sink completely blocked. Pictures not hung up, sitting on the floor. Sam's Club packaged muffins weren't much of a breakfast option.
